The room had a good view. It was also kept clean

The entire resort is understaffed. Noone is there in restaurant to take orders or deliver or even give us water. Staff is decent, but def not trained. For the cost paid, its not even worth mentioning! Thou room was clean, our pool was dirty. They didnt even clean it before our checkin! No other facilities or activities(except for some board games and carroms kept near lobby)

Property location is good, and also well maintained and clean

I booked through booking.com, when I reached the property they were saying they didn't get confirmation from the website but they gave us room but not the one I booked. And food only buffet was available for the 2 days I visited both for lunch and dinner. How can anyone will be able to eat buffet for both lunch and dinner. On the 2nd day when we denied for buffet they asked us to pick the dishes from buffet only(cost for each dish). What is the point in taking like that, hardly 2 nonveg and 3 veg items were there. Really disappointing. There are no nearby restaurants also, u can't even go out food.

The location, the construction and the park are really beautiful, the place is very quiet, the area of the restaurant is stunning and the staff was really supportive. Several games are available which was also great! I highly recommend this stay, we went to 2 more resorts later and this has been our favorite.

Food varieties were less and price is not reasonable wrt to the offered variety , esp on dinner buffet...approach road is very narrow and difficult to drive..

Staff received very well . Probvided early check in and late check out. Janish was exceptional

The location is right on punnamada lake. You get a 1 hour free cruise around the lake with refreshments served before. The resort is very beautiful with a nice pool and gardens. All the staff were superb and the food and drink was very good too. Beds were very comfy all the facilities were very good

Bit difficult to find as we were on a self drive holiday. The roads around the resort were all dug up and difficult to drive on but apparently they will be done soon. Our room had a non stop barking dog right behind it (room 501) which was nothing to do with the resort but the dog was a real nuisance. The open air bathrooms are great but had no mosquito nets so we had quite a few mosquitoes in our room and even though the beds had nets, we still got a few bites
