The buffet breakfast was excellent. We had one meal in the hotel restaurant which was in the form of choices from a set menu. My teenage daughter is lactose intolerant and they made her a meal specially. There was no vegan or even vegetarian option on the menu. The restaurant felt very upmarket but even with a bottle of wine the bill for three of us only came to 85 euros. The hotel reception had good, free walking maps of the surrounding area. The next village Arties was nice with many restaurants.

Parking. The hotel parking was TIGHT. I have a small car and struggled. Outside the hotel there was little on street parking but there was a free car park 50 metres away which we didn't discover on the first few days. There is very little in the village. I think there were 2 other restaurants and apart from the church the whole place looked like it had just been built. Pretty but all the same. Away from the Hotel the scenery was excellent but you need to be fit to get the best out of the climbs. The local town of Vielha was obviously a skiing town - we visited in summer.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our rooms were bigger than expected and meant we all had a room to ourselves which was a nice bonus! The hotel itself is clean and has great facilities although quiet when we were there so not much was open. We had a 3 course meal which was great. The breakfast was the highlight, such a great variation of food available.

We have used this hotel several times and will continue to do so. We especially appreciate the facility of transportation to and from the hotel. The hotel staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Nice Hotel with big Pool and workout facilities for free. At the breakfast , the cook will prepare the tortilla according to your wishes + excellent local products : cheese, ham, ... The Village is so nice, traditional Architecture

Friendly helpful staff throughout. Spacious warm and comfortable bar/lounge area. Shuttle bus to the slopes. Swimming pool to soothe the aching limbs at the end of the day. Good buffet breakfast with cooked dishes to order also available.

The staff in this part of the world tends be friendly wherever you go, but worth mentioning how welcomed I felt by the friendly and professional staff. Free indoor parking for my motorcycle was very much appreciated:)

Breakfast was good. The attention was good too, people from the hotel were really kind.

There is one thing that I really didn't like about paying €100 per a night: the bathroom smells really bad. It was clean, but seems like the smell comes from the pipes...

Extremely basic, small and poorly decorated room. It was clean though, but it was also very noisy coming from the floor above and the street. resulting in a very uncomfortable night sleep. The hotel was fully occupied and they were very short on staff. It was disappointing. The fotos are not accurate with the actual property. In my opinion quite misleading.

Quality of food at dinner was good. Breakfast was OK but it was uncomfortable to eat in some of the tables in the middle of the room since the queue of people waiting to get to the buffet was right next to you.

When booking I explicitly asked for a non-duplex room. I got an answer saying that it was not a problem, that they would give us a "one floor" room. The surprise when we got there was that we had a duplex room. We were told that there was no possibility of changing and placed an extra bed for my little girl next to our bed. Even though the two floors was the main reason for not wanting that room, we had other motives like those rooms are very dark, hardly get any light inside, which could be ok in winter when it gets dark really soon but not in the summer, when we went to rest in the afternoon it was like stepping into a cave. Also our room had some kind of ventilation that connected to the kitchen so we could hear it until nearly midnight when we guess they closed. What annoys me the most is that I was "robbed" from my option of canceling the reservation if I did not like the room since they promised me something that did not deliver in the end and it was too late to do anything, we were already there.
