Great location, decent rooms. Surrounded with good food.

Had requested to be informed of a twin share availability for the next 2 nights, but the staff did not follow up.

The only impress is the daily breakfast with coffee & centralize location.

Unexpected as staff need more training such as:- 1. Reception:- Receive a room card only upon check in, where booked for 2 guests. Additional deposit require for additional card. Is a must for us to get 2 cards, as the lift won't reach our floor without it. This didn't explain during check in, inconvenient for guest run up & down after few hours flight and taxi waiting. 2. Facilities:- a. The shower water take few minutes to drain, and water nearly flow into the room carpet. Every time shower will get flood. Inconvenient travel with elderly if floor wet. b. The room air corn sound noisy & old. 3. Café:- a. As mentioned the most like it is come with breakfast. But, coffee bean run out.

ロケーションが良い。 日本人慣れしている。 コーヒーショップのスタッフは大変感じが良く、タイ人ならではの良さが出ていて素晴らしかった。 ベッドメーキングが良かった。マットレスや寝具も良く、ぐっすり眠れた。

フロントスタッフに笑顔が無い。 水回りが汚い。劣化もあった。

Was in a nice area, close to the train, shops, restaurants etc It was clean, comfortable, and had a nice environment about the place.
