Absolutely amazing place! Full of everything we needed for our stay with 3 older teens. Only thing I could say was the floors were a bit dirty. The location to the beach was perfect and the condo on a whole was amazing! We will absolutely stay here again when we come back!

Moderately updated condo with ample amount of space! Great accommodation for a large family! The large kitchen, seating arrangements and on-site laundry were a definite plus!! Proximity to the beach was a bonus!! Walking distance to Surfing Santa’s!!

Greatly enjoyed our stay! Great condo with plenty of room and necessities for a family. The pack n play available was extra appreciated as we were traveling with our young children. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The location of the unit to the beach and pool was so convenient! We would definitely recommend this unit to family and friends!
Only things I would say could make an even better impact on guests would be an upgrade in bedding.

Awesome beach condo
We loved everything about our stay at Sandcastles, can't beat the easy access to the beach and pool, condo is spacious and clean. We have stayed at a few similar locations in Cocoa Beach, ,this property is our favorite.

Wonderful trip for family and friends
It was everything I was hoping for. My husband has ptsd, didn't want to stay anywhere but ground floor. Was close to the beach, and had a great place for our grandchildren to play in the evening.

Great Property and experience
This unit has everything needed for a beach stay. Location was great to beach, pool, Publix, shopping, restaurants, and a short walk to ice cream shop. Nice finishes and furniture. Extremely clean and best communication with owners I have experienced. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The location was central enough to quickly find options for dinners, souvenirs and thoroughly enjoy the beach. The condo was very comfortable and had everything thing our family of five needed.

Awesome property!
This was by far the best property I have ever stayed at! Major convenience to the beach and amenities provided! Definitely will be back to stay! Only one issue during our stay with getting the door locked with the automatic door locks (user error) but called and was quickly answered and resolved! Was able to relax and enjoy ourselves more than we expected! Thanks so much!!

Perfect for our needs!
We originally made a reservation for this property for my myself, my husband, daughter, son-in- law and two grandsons to visit my husbands 92 year old mother who lives in the area. Due to COVID/work restrictions only my husband and I were able to go. All communications, from initial reservations, change in reservations due to flight cancellations up to check out were great.
The unit is very nicely laid out with a slightly bigger kitchen than we’ve ever had in a rental in Coca Beach. It is decorated beautifully and everything was spotless when we arrived.
Perhaps it was due to the time of year and COVID but we found this area to be quieter than others in Cocoa Beach which was perfect for us.
Once COVID is under control we hope to bring the rest of the family as having a pool and private access to the beach would be perfect for the kids (the older and younger ones)!

Wonderful stay
We've used Stay in Cocoa beach several times of the years, and stayed in several units and have never had a bad experience. The units are all well appointed and the location of sandcastles is so convenient!

Great Stay
Great place in a quieter place on the beach. Dean was great to deal with and was very responsive to requests. The bed spring in the master was very squeaky and Dean had his team there to replace it the next day. Top notch service! I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach getaway for families!
This condo was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 small children. We had room to spare. The bunk beds were a hit, the master is super spacious, and the kitchen is clean and stocked with everything you’d need. Only steps from the sand. Would love to book agai next year!

Perfect location!
Exactly what we were looking for. Condo was great. Typically made breakfast in the morning, then headed to the beach. Came back for lunch to take a break from the sun, then back out in the afternoon. Close to the beach if we needed to go back to the condo for anything. Easy to drive to all restaurants.

Steps away from the beach and pool
Very comfy, cozy and relaxing. Loved being on the ground floor and so close to the beach and pool. Great location. Lots of restaurants/bars nearby within walking distance. Kitchen was lacking a little. Pots and pans were scarce and handles were broken and the silverware reminded me of a school cafeteria. Also we really could have used more towels. There were 6 of us and only 6 towels so I did quite a bit of laundry. Other than that it was nice.

Nice condo
For the most part this condo has everything you need. We did find it warm at night (the thermostat can't be changed) so we bought a fan for the room and the master bed mattress was horrific. There was no support on one side leaving my poor husband with back pain and restless sleep. Not what you want on vacation but the owner told me he has already ordered a new mattress so hopefully the next renters get better sleep. We brought our small, blind dog with us but Cocoa doesn't allow dogs on the beach so we had to take her back home to visit with grandma. Not the condos fault but it could be mentioned that while the condo does allow animals, the county beach does not. Other than that, the condo kitchen was well equiped and the living areas were very comfortable and it's an easy short walk to be on the beach. We ate out every night and have to say the food was excellent. Grills in Port Canaveral, Long Doggers, Simply Delicious (breakfast) and Roberto's Little Havana (breakfast) were awesome.

Great place! Clean, comfortable and everything needed close by! We had a fantastic time walking to the beach or going to the pool! My grandkids thought it was awesome!

There were 6 of us that stayed and all 6 had different things to say. I loved the closeness to the beach, it was seriously less than 20 yards to the sand. My two kids loved the pool which was less than 10 yards from the front door. My wife and SIL loved the decor, the beach theme fit our vacation perfectly and enhanced an already awesome expierience. My BIL loved the beach fishing, he caught multiple fish and even a couple of sharks at night! I can’t wait to rebook for our vacation next year!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was great for us and the dog! There was also a dog park only a block or so away. Only steps away from the beach, as advertised.

Our condo we stayed in was very spacious and very clean when we arrive. The Condo was so close to the Beach and to the pool! We will come back and stay again wonderful experience for our family 😊

The condo was clean and had everything that we needed.
Large condo was plenty big enough for my family and our sweet little dog. The only thing missing was a direct view of the ocean. We had a great time. The beach was absolutely beautiful. Our dog Rudy loved it and being on the ground floor was super convenient for us and him. We will definitely stay here again if the mattress in the master bedroom gets replaced. It's quite worn out and not very comfortable.
