Lovely clean, fresh and comfy beds, all the facilities you need. Lovely staff, I felt safe stay here alone.

The staff, every staff member i interacted with was so nice, welcoming and friendly and helpful. And also seeing how they treated other customers/guests too, was nice. Room had heating and the TV worked, the bed was comfortable enough.

Them bathrooms are nasty. One bathroom had a plaster in the shower which was there when I got there on Friday and was still there when i left on Sunday, the showers/bathrooms definitely do not get cleaned. Not full blame on the cleaning staff however, it is the guests of course that don't have bathroom etiquette especially as the bathrooms are shared.

The food was fantastic. The staff were very polite and friendly

The rooms were very very basic. No windows. The floors were quite grubby. No one appeared to clean. There was a used cotton bud on the floor in hallway for 2 days .
