What a wonderful place. We had a fantastic time. Excellent communication and excellent location facilities were top notch. This location will stay with us forever. Incredible! Ana is a super host, very quick to answer any questions.

Ideal place to escape and enjoy private beach, attentive staff and magnificent view. Superb of the Covid 19 situation with absolutely excellent, friendly and attentive staff. Great swimming pool and beach area. Free parking space. Everything perfect clean in apartman. You have beach towels, not need to bring with you. Every day when you are not in apartman, staff clean all and take care about you. Ana give us tasty apple pie. The levels of assistance offered by the staff is exceptional. Definitely coming back!!!

A very nice apartment, with stunning sea view, own pool and a short drive to Dubrovnik old town (took us 10 min). The hosts were great, service minded and super helpful. This apartment suited us (family of four) very well! A plus that the parking was free and convenient.

Ivan & Ana are amazing hosts. From the point we arrived at the airport to the point we we were back they helped us with everything they could in best possible way. Be it information about places or with buying things. You feel like part of their everyday life & the atmosphere around the area is not commercial at all which gives you a real feel of the life in the city. This is a fully furnished apartment with everything you need, a nice view to the sea. There are restaurants nearby, even a public beach. But you would probably prefer staying around the private beach this property offers. Its a total value for money if you like to stay away from hustle of city & going there only when you like. Its just 15 mins by car with good availability of uber. Just go for this property if you are looking for an amazing experience.

Ana and Ivan could not have been more helpful and hospitable from the moment we booked. From the warm apple strudle presented to us whilst sitting round the pool, to the recommendations for places to visit, boat trip and restaurants. The private pool was perfect and the steps down to the sea meant there was a choice of swimming. The amazing Konoba Balcony restaurant a minutes walk away was an added bonus.
