Good communication from owner. Cheapest price that night in Rovaniemi Quiet location.

Probably not ideal to visit in the dark, in freezing conditions in an unfamiliar hire car like I did Satnav says 15 mins from airport but felt much longer. Had to contact owner for final directions as Satnav takes you to end of road. IMO the place needs some TLC and a new kettle but for the price I guess this is expected. There is better similar priced accommodation in town in my opinion.

The owner messaged via booking.com and told us all the information..we were arriving very late around 22:30 and he accommodated us and said he would meet us at the lodge ... Which he did. He went through the facilities there and was jolly ,smiley and just super helpful. In the brief time we met him, it was clear to see that he was a wonderful host. The lodge itself was very clean , had the facilities we wanted and he had upgraded us to the lodge with a sauna. The area where the lodge was situated was absolutely stunning ,surrounded by woodland.

Very large cottage with very well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities available. Hiking routes nearby. Cottage was very clean and cosy. The host Dmitry was very friendly and went out of his way to ensure I had a good stay.

Cozy cottage, spacious rooms, kitchen equipment in order, beautiful forgotten place, 10 minutes to Santa village. The owner very nice and friendly and helpful.

Really comfortable and cozy apartment/cabin with everything you need! Wooden sauna was a really nice touch. Nice surroundings and nature close by. The host was really friendly and communication was fast and easy. Great value for money! Definitely will book again!

We stayed in the cottage for 5 nights, Demetri met us and took us to the cottage, everything you need to stay there and more, was really cosy, clean and warm, forest out the back and a few mins down the lane was a beautiful nature walk, there you could light a fire and cook food, would definitely stay there again if ever coming back to Finland. 10 drive to santa clause village, so would definitely need a car, there was also a bus stop at the bottom of the lane.

There was no one at the reception when I arrived, so nobody to welcome me and properly show me where everything was and how things worked. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, I got up in the morning with backpain unfortunately. If I could I'd want a refund.

Everything was good.

Staff was really good. My friend forgot his bag and the guy brought it to train station in just few mins. That was simply awesome. Location was perfect. Almost everything was available in apartment.

Towels were inside the cabinets, may be better to keep in front. Kitchen tissues were missing or we didn't find it. Rest everything was good.

We've traveled to Rovaniemi in February 2022 and stayed for one night. The accommodation is amazing. The value one get's is incredible! it was clean, in the middle of the nature and the owner is super friendly. Unfortunately we did not have time to use the sauna wich is inside the House, but once we come back we will be more than happy to use it ☺️ thank you!
