It is close to all the restaurants.

It is not properly maintained. Door is hard to open and close, broken cabinets, toilet sit was too bad, water heater is not working well, tv is not working (no cable and even local channels), kitchen utensils are all dirty. There are no complimentary toiletries except for toilet paper.

Room and hotel in very poor state and needs urgent attention. Not liveable and unhygienic- couldn't cook and couldn't be comfortable. Maintenance of front lobby should have the same care and attention to the entire buildings and rooms.

Perfect view of Taal volcano! Ate Lita, the person in charge, was so nice and kind! Good value for money. Speedy wifi.

Need some minor fixes like some lights not working, chipped off wall paint. Other than this, should be ok.

Comfortable. Strategically located. There are a lot of nearby places. Those establishments that you can roam around, stay for leisure, and enjoy gooooood food!

Should have indoor slippers. I am not that kind of person that uses my outdoor footwear to roam around the room. I don’t want to spread all the bacteria from my afternoon walk besides the tiled floor is too cold. I hope, there will be a complimentary soap and shampoo too.

The view is MAGNIFICENT! The woman in charge, Ms. Lita was very helpful and accommodating! 5-star service!

The parking. Not sure if I missed reading this in the property specs, but I think guests should be informed about the parking, that the guest must reserve a slot in advance and pay P300 for it. if not, like in my case, you have to park and retrieve your car from an area that is FAR from the towers (sadly for me, my rented space was in Tower 4). So either you reserve a slot in advance or book a unit in Tower 1 which is a bit closer to the public parking. TIP: if you decide to park in the remotely located public parking, make sure you bring all your stuff to avoid going back and forth to the parking. The only advantage of walking to the parking lot is: you get a good workout and you get to enjoy the breathtaking greens and pine tree-lined streets. And of course the cool Tagaytay breeze. Another thing the property can improve on is the service of the staff. They were not friendly. The guards and the reception guys made me feel like I was talking to jail guards. They hardly smiled and asked for my ID like I was being asked to surrender all my belongings before serving my jail term. They could learn a thing or two about congeniality from Ms. Lita. Moreso, them being in the hospitality and tourism industry.
