Nothing. The location was good.

We paid to have gym access and were told after we arrived that we weren't allowed to use the gym. The unit has been neglected for some time. There was a sharp door stopper on our bedroom door that cut my foot, and my elderly father fell when he leaned on the coffee table and it collapsed. The TV didn't work. The internet was very slow. Everything was dusty and the bathroom smelled like sewage. Thankfully we were only in Ipoh 1 night as the place was becoming a nightmare.

Liked the location , the space and the parking and the general layout. Things worked well.

the sofa and chairs had a lot of stains , did not feel like using them. The bathrooms could be cleaner, shower heads had mould,

Nicely decorated and clean apartment. Beddings are comfy. The kitchen facilities are quite complete. Except for the host taking a bit of time responding, our family likes the place a lot. Will stay there again.

The property is clean and modern, everything was well maintained. Tv was a great with tv box.

The property is near to many Funeral Services. Sofa can be more comfortable.

We loved our first stay. Our last stay was in 2019. This time, a different unit was given & the owner was so kind, allowing the unit to be ready an hour early. That is a friendly gesture, and we were grateful. It was a minimalist apartment, convenient for a small family of four like us. The rooms and interior decor were lovely and as advertised.

The unit seems clean to me, but I don't know why my little daughter (11 months old) keeps sneezing inside the house. Safety: The 2nd bedroom was lovely, but it is dangerous for my active and curious five years old, who he can easily open the window on his own because the bed was raised. There was an incident where I was attending to my 11 months old, and my husband saw our eldest open the bedroom window through the kitchen. Luckily we noticed and quickly get him. Same situation for the master bedroom's toilet too. Easily reached by children. Recommendation: Maybe the owner could consider putting a grill/something to block a child from opening the windows, especially in the 2nd bedroom and master bathroom, for safety purposes... The unit is on the 16th floor. God forbid anything wrong could happen, especially to kids.
