Nice and clean rooms in a renovated traditional house. The rooms have a view to the pyramids and the valley. It is in a quiet streat in the central part of town. There are available parking places just in front of the house. The lady was very nice and she knows a lot about the history of Melnik.

The room was clean and comfortable.
The shower was not exactly a shower...no cabin or anything.

very cosy and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
The shower is not divided from the toilet, no shower cabin. So once you take a shower, the whole bathroom is wet, which is a bit uncomfortable.

The owner is very friendly, respectful and helpful. The room with own bathroom was very clean. Thrully recomend this place.

Value for money, nice view of the village from the villa, parking outside, the owner very hospitable, there is a fridge downstairs for all the rooms
A little smell from the room floor coming maybe after the washing and staying closed few days, overly loud for the neighbours the closing of the room door.

Very clean and a great location overlooking the town.. Super comfortable bed/bedding.

Very nice hostess who was able to use her phone to translate her Bulgarian to English. Impeccably clean hotel. Easy walk to downtown area, and plenty of room for parking by European standards. As a small 6 room hotel, there is no dining area, but we were able to go to the hotel next door for breakfast on weekends, or a two-minute walk downtown otherwise.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. Perfectly located above the main street, the room was even better than the pictures. It seems to be nearly brand new. Comfortable bed, perfectly clean, and plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. Staff was friendly and responsive. Easy free parking right out front. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, pet friendly. Very clean with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast is not available but can be bought from the Restaurant/hotel next door.
The bed was not very comfortable and the room was not very bright.
