Quiet area, 2 minutes walk to the beach. During the night you can hear the waves from the sea if you open the windows. Yannis and his wife are very friendly and they provided us everything we needed. Is nice to have a car because is easier to travel around.

Owner kept interrupting

The small beach very close to the property.

That was really cosy and comfortable place to be there with my wife and a son (2 years old) during 2 weeks. The owner, Yiannis, was waiting for us when we were coming with the delay. He was really helpful and we've even got some fruits as a welcome bonus. So really thank you and your wife, Yiannis! In the villa you have all you need including full equiped kitchen (dish washing machine, oven, stove, enough plates/pots etc.), all the bedding and shower accessories, etc. Hair-dryer, TV, lamps, etc. Also it was really good to find some extra electric socket adapters. it worst to mention that you have two toilets which is very convenient when your baby is sleeping on the second floor while you're relaxing in guest room on the first one. You'd also got really good courtyard with big and small tables and 2 sunbeds. There are some trees as well so you get the shadowed places. Parking slot will fit 2 or even 3 cars. A small but a good beach is nearby in 100m from the villa. Upon request we've got everything we need for baby: high-chair, baby-bed, some toys. It is a really quiet place. In november you would hardly see any other people. That a plus in our case but could be a minus for someone.

the main minus (which is solved if you have a car) is that there is nor shop neither restaurant in walking distance. The nearest taverna is only mybe 15 minutes away but there is no sidewalk on the road so it's dangerous to walk especially with a small child. Also you should care about cleaning and garbage yourself which become more important if you stay more then a week,

A very nice villa: + a large porch + a little garden with shading trees + a backyard with a barbecue grill + a comfortable bed + adapters provided + a good WiFi A quiet but not a remote location: + the nearest beach only a few hundred meters away (we loved to go for a morning swim and then use the outdoor shower in the backyard) + near the Larnaca airport but not air traffic noise at nights + by car, a short distance from many archaeological sites and other points of interest + 2-20 km away from several fish tavernas, minimarkets and a supermarket Quick and easy communication with the villa's most welcoming and hospitable host Ioannis

Not a big issue but there is a smell of mould in the kitchen cabinets under the counter.
