under the mattress is a black sheet full off white skin it nocked me sick, curtains were angling off

The property was lovely, very clean & brilliant staff

Room we stayed in needs updating especially the shower

came for the fireworks, unfortunately they was cancelled but we didn’t let that ruin our time. the hotel was lovely! close to the park ( walking ) food and drink was really good, breakfast in the morning VERY good value for money.

Room not worth 100 per night needs updating and decorating we stayed for two nights bathroom very small could only just get in ,the bathroom door was right on top of the toilet couldn’t move

Hotel is very clean and well decorated. Great bar and restaurant. Location is great and right on the edge of town.

2nd time we've stayed here but doubtful we'll return..... Pricing on Booking.com is misleading for the breakfast as advertised as includes breakfast but this only continental so further charge is made for cooked breakfast. We had a double room on the ground floor just behind reception. Was very noisy and too warm. The WiFi was poor throughout the hotel. We raised this with the staff just after check in but nothing was done to help. Staff at breakfast the next morning also didn't seem as helpful as expected. No glasses available for orange juice and food brought without asking what we wanted.
