Petit dysfonctionnement au sujet de l’attribution de la chambre. Nous avions réservé une chambre King size avec sofa canapé lit. À notre arrivée une chambre queen size sans canapé lit nous a été attribuée. Très gentiment la personne à l’accueil nous a surclassée et donné une chambre business. Cependant nous avons du changer de chambre le lendemain car il y avais bien un sofa dans la buisness mais il ne faisait pas lit et nous en avion besoin pour un enfant. Pas très pratique…

I couldn't reach to hotel via phone or mail or message via booking.com to let them know that I will not be able to travel and if there is any chance to refund the money I paid.

Spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed. Good soundproofing - although the hotel is located next to the trainstation, and inside a shopping mall, and majority of rooms at the time were with guests with dogs, it was very quiet in the room itself. There is plenty of parking in the garage of the mall - the hotel has it's own marked area for parking, paid separately.

The wifi didn't work at all. Quite unfriendly staff, both at check in and check out. The area around the hotel isn't particularly nice.

It is really comfortable

Easy checkin and also changing the check-out date via Booking went easy. Nice room high in the building. Good airconditioning.

It took them two days to find a clothes iron and ironing board to send to my room. In that time the front desk staff blamed other guests for not returning the (only?!) iron, instead of their housekeeping’s poor tracking of equipment. I was there for a 3 day conference; at least on the last day I looked professional with an ironed shirt. On checkout, the front desk clerk tried to charge me again (even though I prepaid through booking.com) and did not explain her actions on the card machine after this trust-breakdown incident. During my interactions with front desk staff they spoke down to me and interrupted while I tried to raise issues (even after I pointed out that, where I come from, interrupting is considered rude; maybe it is acceptable behavior in Switzerland I don’t know). Usually I refrain from reviewing rather than relate a bad experience, but I have never had such bad customer experience with multiple staff members at any other place I stayed and cannot recommend this establishment to others.

Nice room. Clean and comfortable. Had transport passes available so that you could travel anywhere in the city using public transport. Very useful. Once we worked out where the car-parking was, we could get into the Hotel's exclusive parking area. Get a (free) ticket from reception to get out.

View out of the window was of railway marshaling yard (although you'd only hear anything if you opened a window). Its immediately adjacent to a football stadium and I can imagine on match days might be a bit rowdy. Their own restaurant was closed when we visited...which was a bit disappointing.

Location, public transport accesible, comfy beds and cushions.

Odd rooms facing main train passover, noisy certain hoyrs at night. Not friendly staff at Reception. Avoid breakfast, go into the mall, plenty options, better prices.

Room was clean and very comfortable. The bed, in particular, was comfy. We were happy that our rooms were close together as requested. Parking was incredibly convenient. There is a parking lot under the mall, where we parked 10 yards from the elevator that goes straight to the rooms.

Check in process was a little awkward because we arrived late at night and had to ring the bell several times before anyone answered. Once we got in we had to wait a long time to check in because there was only one clerk and two people ahead of us. The area is a little off-putting because it's in the middle of an industrial feeling area. Once you get to know it, it's fine. The mall is nice and very convenient. And you can walk to Old Carouge which is lovely, in 10-15 minutes. But at first it feels like you're in a shady neighborhood.

Not very clean, I had to change room because of electricity fault, and there was noise from renovation work drilling and hammering at 7am in the morning!

room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Everything was good, the location was a little bit far from the center.

Staff were very helpful. Very little noise at night. Having free access to the bus system was great.

The view from my window on the 3rd floor was the windows from another building. Next time, I will request a higher floor. Also, several of the choices on the room service menu were unavailable during my whole 6 day-stay.

The rooms are big, the bed is perfect and the staff was super friendly.

I was staying on the sixth floor. I appreciate very much the Room service. She was doing her job excellently! Very nice lady and polite, and professional!!! There is a nice commercial center including a grocery, food court, and others just next to the hotel. Also, an Italian pizzeria is just next to it. There is good transport communication, though the Hotel is situated far from the city center.

It's not possible to open the windows at all. It is too hot and stuffy in the room. No oxygen. The A/C was just making noise. The reception girl did not want to give back the deposit she took at the day of arrival. First, she pretended not to understand English, then she asked if I am sure that I left the money in cash, and only after I insisted 3 or four times that I had left the deposit in cash she found it. It takes 50 minutes to one hour to reach the Geneva Center.

As I was traveling with my mom and my son, the extra sofa bed was great to have in the room, and it was also comfortable to sleep on
