I had booked an air conditioned room but when I reached the hotel they said that your room is not air conditioned and there will be extra charges and the second big thing they said is that we have all the rooms booked so you have to book now. Stay in any other hotel then I did not stay in this hotel

nothing at all. they charged me extra fees when it clearly stated that taxes were including. shameful. However the staff tried their best to make my stay easy for me except for one time when they didn’t wash my clothes.

People coming in drinking alcohol and smoking charas in the hallway and bringing prostitutes. Be careful.

They charge extra amount. App show almost 2500 but they charge 3500.

When we sleep they turn off the supply of AC.

Room was dirty, a lot of used tissues was in draw and sofa.
Bed mattress was soo uncomfortable, make noice while sitting or laying on it, no soap or shampoo in washroom, also tv was not working

The staff is literally stupid and very pathetic service. when arrived they asked for more money. the room they provided is totally rubbish which they are booking with booking.com.
