Not much to like really. Photos look much better.

It’s extremely noisy .. stray dogs barking all night long plus you are basically next to the airport runway. The planes are so close you can count the passengers inside. No toilet paper, no fresh towels, no one comes in to clean up the door or at least to change your towels… you have to keep asking and they cheekily try to dismiss you. I m on holiday mate trying to enjoy and relax not here to play your silly cheeky games. The restaurant is TERRIBLE please whatever you do do not eat there! Unfortunately they capitalise with the fact you are in the middle of nowhere and it’s a 15 mins walk to the closest petrol station. Ah and because you are stuck there and they know it don’t ask for a cab … it 30$ minimum to go anywhere even if it’s a 5 mins ride. Basically we said “ let’s not go to the big western run resorts lets give money to the locals …. They tried to screw us up in every way. Please go to a nice resort … I know it might seem more expensive at first but if you add transport, water, sugar, coffee and food over and over not much difference in price and your holiday is actually fun not a battle.

Bathroom door was very hard to open from the inside once closed. The cord with the provided kettle wasn’t even compatible with the wall socket. Sheet didn’t fit the bed. ‘Fiji time’ on steroids at the restaurant. Receptionist was uninterested.

Kettle didn’t work, air con was leaking. There was 3 of us and one little shampoo, little soap and small roll of toilet paper to use. Getting your bag to your room was a mission and the photos did not match the facilities. Need to put sign for Nadi Fancy hotel on the roadside as it has Fantasy hotel sprayed painted on the aluminium fence. Was confusing for our taxi driver.

The staff were exceptional,bent over backwards to be friendly and helpful,thank you.

As u turn into the short track to get to the entrance there’s a big pile of rubbish littered all around,the 60 metres to the gate had massive potholes,the bathroom had a cheap plastic bath which had a split in it,there was mould all around the bath,the towel rail was loose and most fitting were cheap and broken,at times there was no water,There was mould stains on a pillow,the towels were stained,I ordered steak and chips,didn’t eat it as tough and impossible to cut,they need a gardener and a maintenance person,booked and paid for 6 days, vacated 4th day,

Pool was dirty and needed a good clean to be used, the bathrooms are basic, food served cold and overcooked, further out of town than we expected so once you're at the hotel you're limited to where you can go, suitable for a 1 night stay. Advertised as wifi but it's only available in the lobby area

We did not have a good stay. The bed sheets were not clean, the bathroom was dirty. We couldn’t have wifi in our room, had requested early checkin and only arrive was told we couldn’t have it. The restaurant was mostly out of stock. Fruit bowl was just pineapple. Taxi Charged more the website & direct messages said it would.

Die Hotelanlage ist schön gestaltet, jedes Zimmer hat eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Zimmer zum Pool hin. Die Zimmer sind gut, es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank.

Das Badezimmer war sehr alt und vieles kaputt oder dreckig. Der Weg zu den Zimmern war mit Koffer sehr kompliziert. Das Hotel steht mitten im Nichts, weit entfernt von den nächsten Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, daher war die Umgebung auch zugemüllt.

We requested courtesy bus from airport to hotel, they never turned up. Booked 2 rooms, 3 people in one room, no fridge for milk in our coffee - no milk. And a 2o ml bottle of shampoo/conditioner to shower 3 people. Bugs in room where they supplied bug spray in room and light shade full of dead bugs. Dirty walls where it looked like blood spray. Second room for 2 people, enough body wash for 5 people,

The lovely woman who helped us carry our bags up to our room. She checked in on us and house keeping was very good. Most properly gets paid pennies compared to the rude front desk woman. Thank you to that lovely house keeper :)

They don't mention that it is hard to find (even for our taxi driver) and that it is right on the flight path of the airport. The only wifi was in the bar area, nothing in our room. It was pretty basic.

Staff were accommodating.

No control over pets (cats) which kept jumping over the table while guest were having meals. Meal menu was not sufficient, very limited choices. The premises is not suitable for visitors who have poor vision and travelers who are traveling with large suitcase as there is no proper concrete pathways to the rooms . The reception is the first point of contact in any premises . We had to struggle to find where it was .

What i didnt like was that the wash room it has no blinder or curtain if we use the toilet at night have to off the light since the mash for tge windows is so transparent. If you guys can look into that

the location was good and quite. there is a walk & bike way nearby for morning and evening runs/walk. there is a restaurant that offer breakfast and dinner, and a small pool.

the reception staff could be more friendly and proactive. The drive way (needs a sign board from the road our taxi missed the turn in)and parking could use a bit of work(first impressions). the down stairs flats could use a concrete walkway/path in front of the rooms to enable ease of access and wheeled luggage. there is poor workmanship on bathtubs and taps loose, no extra towels(hand and floor) and inadequate toiletries(soap and toilet tissue). there is no bar fridge, or TV or phone. The hotel has great potential to excel, it should at least have certain amenities(listed above)for certain rooms for guest to have options to choose from.

This place should mention that planes fly overhead because it is difficult to sleep when planes are over the head. The roads leading to the hotel are moon craters and the car park is a volcanic mayhem!! (metaphor)
