الاستقبال المميز جامعين قريبين من الفندق جميع الاحتياجات الأساسية قريبة جدا وتصلها من خروجك من الفندق سوبرماركت صيدلية مغاسل اماكن اللياقة محطة المترو بالاضافة الى مول الامارات اقل من 7 دقايق مشيا

لا بد من التجديد البوية لا تكفي بعض الاثاث متهالك وخاصة الخشبية

الفندق جميل الاستقبال - اللوبي - شارع الشيخ زايد المواصلات المجانية - الهدواء مع كثرة الناس الموقع قريب من كل شيء تقضي جميع الخدمات سيرًا على الاقدام كل شيء مول الإمارات محطة المترو -

الموقع الموظفين جميعهم في حسن التعامل جميع الخدمات والاحتياجات الظرورية حول الفندق مشيًا على الأقدام . اشكرهم قدمو لي ترقية كان حجزي غرفة مفردة وتم ترقيتها الى جناح غرفة وصالة . اشكرهم ايضا تم تقديم كيكة بمناسبة يوم ميلادي

staff is very good and very professional starting from the entrance of the hotel Mr. Yasser and Mr. Ikbal the reception staff was very nice and helpful .

wi fi very weak and the rooms need more cleaning .

2 Star accommodation at 4+ Star prices.... Staff very unattended. We had a death in the family which cut our trip short. Immediately dismissed our request for a refund for the remaining days of the reservation.

The staff is very helpful & and pleasant, especially Mariam at the reception very nice, have a lovely smile & always checking if I need any help . Please pass regards to her. Also, big thank you to the staff, (he ) I forgot his name doing the bed on room 512

The thinks I didn't like the bathroom & the tiles dirty & chipped also the silicon around the bath is not the right one & coming off which could case problem if water go through to the next floor down. Also, the bath curtain is short you need one9 slightly longer to stop the water going out . Furthermore, the sauna need attention & steme room wasn't working. these note need to be pass to maintenance & management to reduce cost on the maintenance side. We stayed at the MD Hotel during our visit to Dubai. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to shops and the Mall of the Emirates. The staff were helpful and contributed to making our stay pleasant. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised when the staff offered us a free upgrade to a suite. It's a great choice for anyone looking for a well-located hotel in Dubai.

The rooms lacked heaters, which was noticeable during the cold nights. Luggage storage was only available for one night, which did not meet our needs for extended storage. We had to arrange for someone else to store our luggage for a few days.
