The location was good, overlooking Dubai Creek. It was convenient for us to take the ferry to the old part of Dubai for sightseeing and meals.

1. We had a family emergency, so we checked out a day early (i.e., on Dec. 31). We had expected that there would be some adjustment to our booking amount. However, that was not the case. We were told that this is a peak season, and as such booking amount can not be returned in case of early exit. This argument was ironic; if this is the peak season (which it is), then there will be many walk-in patrons (I saw at least two while I was waiting for my family in the lobby area, and that too on a random time). 2. For a family of three, they provided only two 500 ml bottles of complementary water. In the other Dubai hotel where we had stayed from Dec 23-28, they provided 3 one litre bottles. You could have provided at least more bottles of water. 3. Room carpets must be changed or cleaned thoroughly, as they had a displeasing odour.

La gentillesse du personnel, un très bon petit déjeuner, l'emplacement (à 300m de la ligne de metro) tout en étant sur la Creek. En plus nous avons pu rester 4 heures de plus avec un léger supplément et après nos bagages jjusqu'à notre départ à 22h

Close to the souks and airport.

Under the couch was filthy. We moved the couch for an extra bed to be brought in and noticed it hadn’t been moved or vacuumed under it for a very long time. The bath towels were old and well used and no longer white in colour.

The hotel has a beautiful view, a convenient location, an excellent bed, I appreciate the cleanliness, room equipment, varied, very tasty food with a large selection of food. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I wish I could give 10 stars! From the moment I checked in I was treated like a queen! The staff was so friendly, kind and accommodating! They went out of their way to make my stay exceptional and it was truly a wonderful vacation thanks to the team at Rivieria hotel! The local is very close to the airport, old souk and downtown Dubai. The rooms were clean and very spacious! Conveniently laid out with AC outlets right next to the bed and a nice little seating area to eat and watch TV.
