El baño no está en muy buenas condiciones

Nos terminaron cobrando más que lo que indicaba Booking, el 19 % que no correspondía ya que no pagamos con tarjeta. Salió 51.000 lo cual me pareció muy caro considerando que nos tocó un cuarto sin aire acondicionado ni calefacción y pegado a la recepción y al garage, con un baño muy chico y deteriorado. Además, se escuchaba la música de los bares cercanos y el timbre cada vez que alguien lo tocaba. Otro problema fue el garage, ya que no nos aconsejaban salir porque en el caso que venga otra persona perdiamos el lugar (cuando la publicación indicaba parking gratis y no sujeto a disponibilidad). La chica que servía el desayuno parecía que estaba de mal humor, no mostraba buena predisposición ni trato cordial cuando le consultabas algo. Desayuno, poco variado, sin facturas ni pan tostado.

La limpieza y cordialidad. Todo muy limpio y ordenado.

Que se organizaron por la maratón de viña ! Y acomodaron los tiempos de desayuno y check out, los amé !!!!

Great location. Nice staff. Hotel is, to be honest, tired... The bed was comfortable but the mattress was not clean. Breakfast is acceptable. For the price it's a good bet.

I like the hospitality, really nice people. I also liked that the breakfast was included in the price.

My window didn’t close well so it had a little hole and so I heard everything at night and the wind passed by. they should repair that. Also the price on booking and the price I actually paid wasn’t the same, I was charge almost 20€ more..
