Staff were amazing & friendly with a personal tour of where our room was and where to park instead of being pointed in the right direction. ( loved this ) Rooms exceptionally clean and tidy with almost everything you needed for your stay ( just missing the dishwashing liquid) Close to the centre of town and not to far from all of its attractions. Great value for money!

If you have the unfortunate event of having noisy neighbours, you can hear them very clearly through the walls and below you if your upstairs (I'm assuming the same for below) Sadly we were woken up at 7am to the neighbouring hotel chopping & grinding away with no regard to sleeping neighbours (I'm assuming renovating) Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Great location within walking diatance of the CBD. Ground floor room had front and back door with parking just outside room. Bathroom facilities were fine. Great dining room at the pub next door. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Parking might be tight with a full house but street parking available.

The location of this hotel is really good and in the heart of Beechworth. The heating in the room was good and electric blanket warmed the bed up nice. The linen was nice and clean and there was nothing really wrong with my room. I enjoyed my stay there.

The only negative thing I could really say and it is not a biggy...but the fridge made a funny sound so I had to turn it off for the night when in bed. Again not a biggy and no real issue.

Spotlessly clean, friendly staff on arrival. Quiet.
