extremely rude staff. the worst we experienced all trip.

Great little property with a nice little view of the canal with Gondolas passing by. Staff were very nice and accommodating nothing was a problem. Just a little tip, when catching the Vaporetto into Venice get off at San Maria De Giglio it is pretty straight short walk from there.

We loved our stay here for 5 nights but is a little difficult to find ,a big Green door at the entrance with a tiny sign. But hey that’s Venice

This hotel is exactly what the photos are like. Fabulous location for access to St Mark’s Square and also the water bus from the airport. It’s beautiful, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, huge bathroom and the views are incredible.

Exceptional canal views. made our trip so enjoyable. clean facilities, friendly staff. beautiful beautiful hotel. The steamer in the rooms was a very nice touch and helpful.

The hotel was in an amazing location in San Marco and central to everything. The best part for us was access to the water gate (even though we also had a lovely balcony) where we sat everyday and watched the Gondolas go by. It also overlooked the opera house. It was simply divine and so relaxing. Marco was the perfect host along with Chiara. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and had a nespresso coffee machine.

Staying in first floor room with view of corner of tributary canal around Opera House and delightful bustle of gondolas beneath, as well as service vessels first thing in the morning!

Everything about this Hotel was excellent. The location was perfect, the room was spotless, the bed comfortable but goodness me the view was so beautiful overlooking a quiet canal with Gondaliers sailing past. I cannot fault a single thing.

- No room to put your toiletries - no tray in the shower, room on the basin - Mirror did not extend the length of the basin so you couldn’t see yourself when facing the sink - No exhaust fan in the bathroom - so either you had to open up the bathroom window and have the public see you or fog up the bathroom - No safe - Air conditioner not working properly - it was set to 30 degrees but always felt cold - No lift - Could hear people walking from above levels - Terrible lighting - Had to use the key to lock door when inside the room

Very comfortable room, beautiful decor, good location, helpful staff

Very loud, so if you enjoy sleeping past 8am don’t stay here as there is a loading dock right outside with very loud boats and workers and no soundproofing

Great room, beautifully furnished and close to the attractions in San Marco. Our room had a view over a quiet canal - and that is the attraction. Just off the beaten path so it feels peaceful and relaxed.
