A localização é perfeita. O café da manhã bem fresquinho e gostoso. A suíte que fiquei era com cama king size bem confortável. Quarto espaçoso. Havia aquecedor no quarto. Funcionária atenciosa. Vale o custo-beneficio na suíte que fiquei.
O chuveiro fica muito fraco e logo a água quente acaba. Um casal amigo ficou na suíte em frente que tinha muitos pontos de mofo.

Me encantó mi estancia en The Lot Boutique. Para empezar, está situado en una zona que considero que es la más bonita de Lima, al lado del espectacular Malecón de Miraflores. Consta con varias habitaciones, muy agradables (al menos, la que a mí me asignaron lo era, supongo que también serán las demás). El desayuno es maravilloso, se puede comer en la agradable terraza del hotel, y tiene varias opciones. La atención de las personas que allí trabajan fue siempre estupenda. Como espero volver a Lima, me volveré a alojar en The Lot Boutique.
No se me ocurre nada que no me gustara.

Poor noise insulation from the windows which makes it a noisy room especially as it was facing the street.

Sweet little hotel right near the coast. Quiet and lovely staff - great breakfasts too!
My room felt a tiny bit damp occasionally as it was a ground floor room, but nothing an open window couldn’t fix.

Fantastic little guesthouse with super easy walking access to both San Isidro and Miraflores. Lovely mimimalist but pleasing design in all areas that felt clean and welcoming. Amazing bed - I could have slept in any orientation and still not hang off the side! Powerful and hot shower, AC and heating, large TV, desk, and lamps. Great breakfast.

This property is not only very new and modern, it has been designed to be homy and elegant. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well, the cheese omelette is really to die for. The bathroom was really well appointed with high preassure fabulous shower. The location was in a safe neighbourhood but if you are considering visiting something in the city center bear in mind it will take 40' drive to get there as Lima's traffic is intense. Very happy with this stay.
There was little flexibility with us checking in earlier despite the fact that the room was available - we arrived early morning after a 16h flight so that would have gone a long way. It was quite cold in the room so a little radiator would do the trick.

Unique hotel with nice accommodations. There's a pretty little courtyard where you can eat breakfast and relax between sightseeing excursions. Their breakfast is excellent!! It's made to order each morning. We had pancakes, oatmeal with fruit, eggs coffee, juice, and bread. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. the staff was very friendly and accommodating! The staff was kind enough to help me with gathering items for my trip and answered a bunch of questions about the traveling in Peru (this is my first time). Every morning was a fresh, delicious breakfast on the beautiful patio, it looked like something from a movie. will recommend this place to anyone visiting Lima

Second stay here, came back for the wonderful rooms and lovely staff. We requested an early check in at 7am and it was all arranged, as well as a late check out, both for a reasonable fee. Will come back to The Lot if we are in Lima again!

The hotel is charming, with sweet outdoor and common spaces. It’s a quiet hotel. The staff, to a person, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Big bathroom with very hot water. And Cafe Rutina, two blocks away, is fantastic.
The room was a little cramped, but for the price you can’t complain.

Wonderful location, huge room and comfortable stay. Great breakfast which you select the night before and they prepare fresh for you in the morning at your desired time. Lovely staff. Great stay overall, would definitely come back!
A little bit of noise from the street in the morning if you are a light sleeper but nothing that bothered us

The window did not lock properly and the room was theoretically accessible from the outside.
