hotel molto accogliente le camere erano spaziose e dotate di qualsiasi confort , vicino alla fermata della BTS , con un mercatino vicino dove poter gustare a prezzi stracciati degli ottimi piatti Thailandesi , il personale della reception ci ha trovato in breve tempo con ottima professionalità un servizio di taxi privato per koh chang per il giorno dopo Grazie mille 🙏, la piscina era bellissima come la zona per il check-in , buona colazione , consiglio vivamente questa struttura non soltanto per chi è di passaggio ma anche per un soggiorno prolungato ci torneremo!!

L hôtel n y est pour rien mais beaucoup de moustiques 🦟 Quand on est arrivé dans la chambre on a eu un peu peur ! Mais ils nous ont mis de l insecticide… Prévoyez des moustiquaires en coton c est super Travaux juste à côté de l hôtel donc bruyant mais c est en ce moment !

Not restaurant accessible except on property and “food truck like” experience near train station. Breakfast was quite expensive with only buffet option. No dishes or pans to accompany the ability to cook in room.

Checkin time was late, the team couldnt get into the room till 4PM

We stayed at the property because it was close to the stadium and the airport (we were in BKK for Coldplay). The proximity to both the places worked in our favour. The room and bathroom were spacious, along with the balcony that came with the room. The staff was extremely hospitable and helpful at every step of the way.

In room dining shuts at 10pm, so we couldn’t get additional water when we asked for it.

The atmosphere of the hall/lobby area of the resort was wonderful with the greens, water surfaces. It was a small oasis in the city. The receptions was really helpful with excellent english speaking. In the afternoon was free tea and cake time:). The room was well equipped, silent and clean. It was a good location, near to the airport.

The 2 bedroom apartment is large and well set up for a family. There is a bath large and the space is baby/toddler friendly

There was dust and dirt everywhere. Dirty floors benches and shelves. They need to do a better job at cleaning. The wifi cuts out after a few hours and gives you an error which they couldn’t fix

The reception & pool was very nice. I was also able to order an in room massage. It was easy access to the airport. The sheets were comfy & clean.

Our room looked dirty. The white floors were stained & cracked & looked unclean even though I think they were clean. The section we stayed is a motel, not a hotel & someone pounded on our door at 5 am trying to wake someone else up (wrong room). It was very unsettling. The bed was so worn that I thought it was a water bed. It was not.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen war optimal. Pool und Zimmer sehr angenehm. Das Personal äußerst zuvorkommend und nett. Der Aufenthalt war rundum gut.

Leider gibt es keinen Supermarkt etc in der näheren Umgebung

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel, mit dem Sky train ist man schnell in Bangkok, aber auch am Flughafen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, und man konnte abends, am Pool noch was trinken.

It was close to the main road that leads to the airport but felt like you weren’t even in the city. Very peaceful, clean, and very well maintained. The pool and fitness center were excellent and it is close to public transportation if needed.

We didn’t get breakfast included in the room rate but did decide to eat breakfast there one morning. It was quite expensive for each person and it wasn’t worth it for the selection. The room service menu was also ok, but not worth the money. More food shops in the local area that would be better choices.

Service was good. The room was great and very clean.

Pool was very, very cold. Location is far off (count 1h minimum with public transportation, and 20min with motorbike, to reach the city centre). Drivers struggled finding the place. Food is ok-ish, especially for the price (in comparison to Thailand, obv.) Sent my shirt to the laundry, specified twice that it shouldn’t be ironed, and it was ironed anyway, so my COS pleated shirt looks totally worn out. Got food poisoning from their burger - had to cancel my day trip the next day (no refund). When i wrote their manager on how they could compensate those 2 last incidents, I haven't received any answers until I settled my bill before leaving, and they offered me -20% on my next order at the restaurant... (while i was leaving!), and the 4€ laundry, but that was all it. I'm ok with mistakes. We're all humans. What makes the difference is how it is being fixed. And obviously, they didn't care much. Very disappointing.

Großes Zimmer mit kleiner Couch und Küche. Sehr nahe an den Sky train( 5min von Station A4 zu Fuß ). Mit dem Sky train in 15 min am Flughafen oder in 15 min im Zentrum.

Wenn man ein Appartement als Zimmer bekommt könnten auch paar Küchenutensilien drin sein. Hat mich aber nicht so gestört da ich nur 1 Nacht da war .

Die Nähe zu BTS - Skytrain und Flughafen, das wie immer freundliche Personal und Service.

Da ich eine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche mit allen Kochgerätschaften hatte, würde ich mir sehr wünschen, dass zumindest die Grundausstattung and Besteck, Geschirr usw. vorhanden ist. Alle Kästen und Läden leer - nur 4 Kaffeelöffel. Habe mir dann Geschirr von Restaurant besorgt - wurde sofort gut verpackt geliefert

The breakfast spread was sumptuous and elaborate. The ambience was relaxed and the wonderful staff were always available and smiling with prompt service.

Communication was difficult as language was a huge barrier. English is difficult to follow for the locals.

The staff; every single one tried their absolute best and we couldn’t fault them or their service. The pool was a highlight and we swam twice. The room was spacious as booked. About a 15 min walk away is a small strip mall with a great Thai place to eat, amazing supermarket plus nail salon and also massage.

It appears many of the reviews on Booking.com scoring 10 and other platforms would be fake. This property sadly represents an opportunity currently being squandered by its owner. It has not/is not being decently maintained to its potential. If the property and its facilities were all functioning and kept in good repair then I am sure it would be an easy choice for annual stays or stopovers. Instead, because of how it is kept and not maintained it represents average or almost poor value (at 8000 baht for two nights) so much so that we had two bookings for this property with the 2nd for our return journey to Australia and we’ll instead be staying elsewhere. Expanding on what we didn’t like, the property isn’t functioning as it appears within the photos; almost none of the rooms above the pool (if any) are open. Instead this is shuttered. There is also a lounge area above the pool also clearly not open. I would also call out the below which I am sure wasn’t exclusive to our room (a double for families): Cleanliness of room was just ok. Room felt tired including paint work. Kitchen had zero utensils (you’ll see this in other reviews and replies from the resort they plan to change this… but they’ve been saying this for sometime).

Everything! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful (to the point that it was almost sickening). The food and drink selection was diverse and flavorful. The pool, gym and steam room were very popular by many guests. It is also convenient walking distance to two sky train stations and a supermarket.

It is a little far from the "tourist" attractions, and the neighborhood is a bit slummy. What can you do? You can not pick up and move the facilities. While the staff spoke moderate English, they did not always understand what I might be saying. Regardless, they would respond in an agreeable manner, making you think they did understand you. This can cause some problems. Perhaps the hotel owner could have English lessons taught to the staff to help them to continue to improve their English skills.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of space for a family. Close to the airport. Staff tried their best to make up for the shortcomings we experienced and comped our breakfast for the 3 days we were there. However, this did not make up for the disappointment.

- we arrived at 3 pm and couldn't check into our room until after 5pm. Ridiculous! They kept saying they were short staffed which is why the room wasnt ready.They gave us a 15 percent discount on the lunch we ate while we were waiting and thought that should make up for the 2 hour delay. - breakfast the next day was unsatisfactory, half the food was gone. (We came after 9 and breakfast is served until 10.) The lady running the kitchen made a huge effort to avoid this the next 2 days.... - the kitchen in the room was huge but not one plate, knife or anything to cook with! We were told "You booked room only". So that means what? We get no utensils In our room!? - rooms only get cleaned at around 4pm. Clearly they don't have enough staff! At surface level the room looks clean but the floor is stained, carpets are dirty and the bathroom is grubby. We stayed at other hotels In the same price range and they far out performed this hotel! It was night and day compared to other hotels for the SAME price if not more than the other hotels! This was a very disappointing stay as it was our final stop after 3 weeks in Thailand. They should be charging much less for what they offer.

Nothing. I have traveled to Thailand 3 times for over 3 weeks each trip and this was the worst hotel experience in Thailand. I can't believe it's considered a 4 star hotel

Everything was bad from the moment I checked in. I had to wait over an hour for the room to be ready and I arrived an hour after the posted check in time. No hot water. The room smelled like old cigarettes. When I lost the room key the hotel charged me 1000 Baht to make a copy.

Bad sewage smell in the bedroom which seemed to come from the bathroom and maybe the air conditioning system. Closing the bathroom door didn't seem to help. I couldn't sleep because of it and it made me nauseous. We had to spray my wife's perfume to mask the smell a bit. Shower head and water pressure are bad. Because of the construction in the area the hotel was sometimes a bit difficult to reach due to closed of streets, construction workers and construction materials scattered around. I am disappointed in what the hotel has become. It used to be great a few years ago. I will not stay here again.
