Location is good and close to Bts. Let's relax just under the hotel and few of good restaurants also just under the hotel. Staff all wonderful and helpful. They made us absolutely will stay again I future. Free yoga class during our stay. The instructors in gym is very good and professional.

It was a comfortable stay. Our room was upgraded and we are able to enjoy some quiet time inside the lounge.
Everything is perfect except the filter in the shower room on the 02nd night was kind of stuck. Perhaps it was not clear properly. will had been more better if we can enjoy massage inside the room.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. Bed was comfortable and so was the cool air conditioning and not to mention the Toto style toilet washlet in the room. The bathroom is large and has very good lighting.
I think that the breakfast can include more international foods such as bacon. In addition, the shower heads do not seem to have enough pressure when the water comes out for the shower.

Clean place and the hotel rooms are very quiet which we really like about our bangkok getaway, despite the area being very busy and loud. The noise from the outside was none... Really good!

the staff was very helpful and the property is kept clean.
The water temperature would not maintain constant temperature. It would fluctuate constantly which made for hot/cold shower. I stayed on floor 22.

The hotel room is just as advertised and seems bigger than the pictures. Everything is well thought out in the room, from the lighting, to the bidet and the bathroom with a bathtub that comes with bath salts. I also like the fact that they have a mini mall in the hotel that also doesn't inspire traffic and doesn't diminish the quality and excellence of the stay. It's also quite close to massage parlours, mini supermarkets, restaurants and a train station. Wifi is super fast, gym is well stocked with equipment and the pool is amazing to work from as well. Great value for money, the staff is amazing and would highly recommend it!

Location was great! Next to the BTS, 7 eleven, a very popular sticky rice place & lots of Japanese restaurants. The bathroom had a shutter which you could control to go all the way up or down.
The toilet flush is a little weak but you can just let the staff know.
