The owner was kind and hospitable, waiting for us with chilled water and orange juice. The apartment is well located, clean, tidy and well equipped, it has everything you could need. The cleaning lady came every day, she was also very nice.

Everything was sparkling clean. The host met us on arrival and showed us around. There was cold water and juice in the refrigerator. All facilities were in impeccable condition.

The wifi signal would sometimes get lost, but mostly, it worked ok.

The wifi was almost nonexistent, you can use it for 3 min, than it just disconnects.

Lovely Greek-style house. Really nice place. Location 15 minutes from nice beach. (I would not recommend Kefalos beach, but Venus beach is great). Place was clean, many good restaurants near by. Buss stop 3 minute walk. It is located 20 minutes by car form the Airport, so thats great. Apartment has 2 really nice terraces, one on each side. Owners was really nice people , for the price we had really great time.

Second room was located on the same side as road. Was not quiet at all. In first room bed was too small for two people(140x200). One of the windows was broken and could not be locked. Also washing machine was not working.

We were very happy with the apartment. The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed. The owner and cleaning lady are very nice and helpful. Apartment is in a great location, very central to many things of interest such as Tomb of the Kings, and Kings Avenue Mall . Bus stop near us to get the 615 Bus into bus station harbour to see Paphos Castle and the Neo Paphos Archaeological Park. A few souvenir shops and restaurants across from the apartment which are good. I would recommend this apartment.

Everythig was perfect. The apartment was big, clean and comfy. Cold water and orange juice was waiting for us when we arrived. The ovner was really nice and helpful. The apartment was also very good located. Good choice!

The apartment had everything we needed and more. The management greeted us and showed us around the apartment, we paid on arrival and they met us when we left for the keys. We didn’t need to contact them for anything as the apartment had everything required and more for our stay! The kitchen had everything you’d normally have in the kitchen at home including a washing machine, tea towels, washing up liquid and even a bottle water/ carton of orange for when you arrived already in the fridge. Tea/coffee to last the amount of days we were there. The sitting room had a comfy sofa to chill in front of the TV for an evening with even the little touch of candles to set the mood. Also had it own air con unit. Bedroom had a king size bed that was extremely comfortable and clean sheets. Blinds to darken the room for that little day time nap most of us would have. No outside noise could be heard when the balcony doors were shut and when they were open it was still quiet. Also had its separate air con unit. Enough cupboard space to hang your clothes up, if the clothes were creased there was an iron and ironing board/ clothes horse in the cupboard. Dressing table with a mirror and in side the drawers there was a hairdryer and even the little touch of candles again and travel adapter plugs as usually you’d forget to pack. Bathroom was clean throughout and the shower was a good pressure with complimentary shower gel. Overall the whole apartment exceeded our expectations and had a lot of little touches that you wouldn’t expect as the cost for the apartment was a bargain for what you got. It was within a 10-15min walk to the beach but literally seconds from bars and restaurants along the strip. A couple of more things to add is if you plan on staying here, a cab to and from the airport was around 25mins at a reasonable cost. Looking for somewhere to eat out? Go to fat mammas across the road.

The owner was very nice and welcoming and he prepared a cold juice for us when we arrived :) The accommodation fulfilled everything we expected according to the description and photos. Everything was fine and we really enjoyed our stay here, thank you! :)

There was water and juice when I first arrived. I needed it, so I appreciated it.

Maybe the host could have said a bit more about the town, and where to find help if you are a young person living alone. I found the book with important information, but it would have been more welcoming to be given that book before anything else.

Have stayed in these apartments before but had the ground floor one this time. Superb apartment, very Central, lovely decor and exceptionally clean. Had everything you need for a self catered stay. Great owner, very friendly who greeted us when we got there and before we left. Lovely little touches like leaving us wine, water and juice etc and even brought us some lovely cake that his wife had baked. Will definitely be back!
