Decent and spacious room for 2nights stay. Near to pratunam night bazaar

Collecting deposit of 1,000baht seems too high for a 3star hotel.

Room is comfortable. Comfortable beds. Location is convenient. Staff considerably helpful. Hotel ground floor hall is comfortable for waiting/ resting.

Room service entered our room without permission on several occasions, so safety/ privacy is an issue. Only 1 iron available for entire floor use. Breakfast not available.

Location was good with many eateries and shopping within walking distance

Upon check out, counter staff informed me that i had broken a cup in which clearly i'm not aware at all and do not know when and had my deposit deducted 100 baht for no reason.i do not want to argue further but felt cheated as clearly i did not break anything although i informed them to be fair and inform guest in future of any incidents as i stayed 5 nights and not upon check out.

I was booking spenza hotel by booking.com with 6 adults and child 8y,10y,11y,13y, I’ve put a very clear information about us. And booking.com guided me those 3 rooms and I agreed and happy with that and paid before property. But when I arrived at the hotel, spenza hotel was denied the 13y girl to stay, unless I pay f another fee for her. I told them that Booking.com guided me this (all people could stay with these 3 rooms), but they were still denied the girl and asked me to complain with Booking.com, because it was Booking.com fault. We had a long time argument and they ended up let’s stay.

the location is really convenient. walking distance to prathunam and platinum mall. as the hotel is within the small alleys, vehicles had to take a long route to reach, so be mindful when calling for grab. super affordable.

- towels provided were old - design of the toilet can be better. the door blocks the basin so had to close the toilet door to access to it. no space to place a floor mat on the floor so it gets really wet in the bathroom. - walls ARE EXTREMELY THIN. people talking, opening/closing doors, walking by all can be heard. same thing for the next door occupants, everything can be heard through the thin walls. gets noisy and often woken up be sounds from the outside.
