If I could leave ten stars I would! This property is extremely clean with the necessary essentials for your stay. The view is priceless! No need to get beach equipment because the host has equipped the unit. You get access to beach chairs, umbrella, even a cooler which you will totally need. You get enough clean beach towels. The beach is easily accessible from the unit. We never had any issues finding a great spot by the beach. Everybody in the building, staff and guests are extremely nice and professional. The parking is secure and easy to access. The check in is a process, but nothing that will keep you from enjoying your time here. Anna and Elcio are amazing people! We had issues opening the door and they took care of it immediately. No delay in communication nor resolving the issue. We will totally come back without a doubt!

The condo itself is beautiful. Clean and modern looking. A great view from the balcany. The building is clean as well. Staff were shampooing the carpets in the hallways keeping them fresh and clean. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella which was very helpful since we flew to Florida and couldn't bring these items.
A property manager met us at the building to assist with checking in by walking us through getting a fob and parking pass. He even helped take our luggage to our room and provided the access code. He was very nice and this made check in a breeze! The fobs are important as it allows you to access areas of the building keeping you secure.
The pool is nice and not overly crowded. The area was nice as well and close to shops and restaurants. I have only positive remarks about this place!

Our stay was really nice overall. The unit was clean and tidy and had a feeling of crispness. The location and view were terrific! The pool was a good size and there were plenty of pool chairs and also ample space on the beach out front. I think that the living room could possibly use a little more seating, but overall was still a great stay. I would stay here again!

The condo was as advertised, but our stay was a little rocky.
Our first morning, Sunday, the fire alarms went off at 6am freaking out our kids and forcing the whole building to evacuate to the circle in front of the building. After an hour we were told it was a false alarm and could return to our rooms. A women in the elevator on the way back up said it happened to her last time they were there, so apparently an issue (?)
Three of the seven mornings we were woken at 8am by chainsaws trimming the palm trees at the pool and surrounding areas and closing the pool for one day. Not the most relaxing if wanting to sleep in on vacation. I feel like this could have been done later in the afternoon when people were done using the pool.
While they have signs discouraging it, people were down at the pool as early as 7am reserving chairs at the pool. The pool police were pretty good at getting you a chair if there were none and you asked but it is a thing. They also yelled at us for throwing a ball in the pool, which was odd because there were maybe 4 people IN the pool at the time, we were not inconveniencing anyone but my 12 y/o was discouraged and went upstairs.
The condo itself was great, updated and had everything we needed. I really like the area and the beach was great. I would love to say we’d be back but with as many issues that we had we’ll probably look somewhere else next time.

We had a wonderful stay at The Tides. The pool was great, the property was well cared for, the beach was beautiful and easily accessible. The property manager was very flexible with our arrival and made sure we got all set up (note: check in takes a little while with setting up parking and getting a key fob so don't expect an instant check in like a hotel stay). The rooms are very well appointed and they even had an infant booster seat and baby tub. The kitchen is well set up and they have both a K-cup coffee maker and a regular coffee maker. There is also a box fan which was great! The balcony views are spectacular while being somewhat private due to the beautiful palm trees around the pool.
Also, right across the street and a short walk is an amazing restaurant called Patagonia Nahuen. Wonderful and affordable coffee, pastries, empanadas, and breakfasts. Highly recommend checking it out!

My kids and I stayed at this property for 3 days in the sun. We were a 30 second walk to the beach and pool and enjoyed an awesome view of the beach from the balcony.
This vrbo had all the beach chairs and towels to make it even easier to enjoy the water.
The kitchen was very clean and stocked for cooking. All other rooms also clean and spacious. Quiet property. Had a great time and everything we needed.

The accommodation was great. We arrived and everything was so put together and homey. We were able to do a lot in the apartment such as cook with the stove and microwave as well as counter space. The big closets and many drawers were convenient for laying our clothes out and staying organized throughout our stay. My favorite part was the spacious living room area that led to a balcony with a view of the beach. The sounds of the ocean were immensely relaxing and my family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Anna and the property manager Elcio were so great to work with. They were very accommodating with our arrival and again with our departing flight schedule. The condo was super nice and clean and had a good view of the pool area and beach. Everything you needed for your stay was available, including household essentials, along with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. The location was perfect, not too crowded, nice beach area, and was centrally located to grocery stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was super clean and had almost all the amenities I could think of. Beach chairs, boogie board, cooler, umbrella… kitchen was stocked with super nice dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Only thing they didn’t have was a muffin tin which I had brought a few muffin mixes for breakfast but everything else you could think of they had! Im very particular on cleanliness and the place was spotless! Plenty of space for all our clothing. We were super impressed with everything!! I should mention the amazing location as well. We went down to the Broadwalk nightly for dinner, shopping and live music. We’re already planning our trip back next year!!

I can't say enough about this property or the host. My daughter and I arrived much earlier than the specified check-and worked with Anna in advance so that when we landed we were checked in as soon as we arrived. Thank you.
We were met there by Elico who walked us through the check-in process and the unit. It is important to highlight anything (similar to renting a car) and let Anna know (which she most likely already does) just to avoid any confusion i.e. the sun umbrella was broken and a few other small things. Which were not a problem.
As for unit - it is gorgeous my daughter loved it. The pictures do not do it justice. The private beach and pool were great. The location is awesome; the boardwalk 10 - 15 minute walk, the grocery store walking distance, and just a cross the street a great coffee and pastry shop, along with an awesome pizza restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the main lobby too.
I can tell you that walking on the beach at sunset with your feet in the water while your daughter is laughing and picking up sea shells is the thing life long memories are made of. I know that this was one of the best experiences I've had as a parent. Thanks Anna for allowing us into your home.

The apartment is just as shown in pictures. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the kitchen appliances to the bathroom. Quiet neighbors. The Tides is a nice property with a relaxed feel. A few common courtesy rules to know but that is to be expected. No masks required unless you wish to wear one. Good restaurants for pizza/casual dining right across the street and Walmart is walking distance. 20-30 min from airport, we Ubered this trip and would do so again. We hope to return to this lovely condo soon; the view from the balcony is gorgeous!

Everything was great. From the time we met and checked in with Elcio until we left, everything went well. Communication was wonderful. We had a small issue that was taken care of, literally within minutes. The place was clean and exactly what we were hoping for!

The condo itself was lovely. The parking situation was not. when we arrived at the condo, the gentleman told us that we had to wait until the next day to get a parking pass. he told us for now that he would let us in and out. we drove the car to the parking lot where there was an alarm system. I drove up to the arm and it would not open. I got out of the car and all of a sudden the arm went up and hit me in the head and I knocked me to the ground. I filed a complaint with the management.

Everything we could have needed or wanted was in the condo for us. Beds were very comfortable and condo was very clean. Anna was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend this condo to anyone coming to the Hollywood Beach area.

If you stay here, inventory every item in the apartment to make sure they don't accuse of stealing it later. Request check out procedures because we did not have any (except empty trash) and you'll get accused of leaving it in shambles. Check the linens / sheets for stains, because I got accused of blood on a sham, when I don't even use shams! (who uses shams at a vacation rental??)
We would have liked to return here but unfortunately not at this property.
We arrived at the property, and there was sand in one of the beds in the bedroom. I alerted the property manager who assured me the sheets are thoroughly cleaned. Rather than argue I changed the sheets. There was so much sand in the sheets, you could hear it fall from the sheets as they were removed. In the kitchen, I noticed there were very few (2-3) drinking glasses. Rather than alert the property manager again (after his response on the sheets), I said, no problem we'll use the coffee mugs.
Upon leaving, as a single mother of 3, we left some powdered sugar on the stove top and some m&ms spilled. I did not think it was a big deal nor was it an expansive "mess".
Once arrived back home I received a very nasty message from the owner accusing me of missing plates, towels, glasses, and wine glasses. She did let me know there was a stain on the couch, and in the pics, I did confirm, it looks like sunblock (my youngest may have gotten it on there) and an invoice but no directions on how to resolve. The email from the owner was confrontational and trying to create a narrative in an effort for me to be held accountable for the missing items, in addition to the couch for which I never have received info as to how to resolve.

The apartment is in great shape, has a great view and is right by the beach. The property has a nice pool. Will definitely stay again. The only minor inconvenience is that the washer and dryer are outside the unit and require a card that you need to fill with credits at the front desk.
