This condo is conveniently located and very clean. Both the decor and attention to detail are superior. Communication with the owner/manager is easy.

We loved our stay at this condo. The location was ideal for walking to the River Run base and into town. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable—two most important things for me in a VRBO. In addition, this place includes a great kitchen for cooking in, cozy fireplace, a closet full of games and lots of nice touches to make your stay a pleasure. We hope we get to return again soon!

Unit as advertised and accurate in photos. It is a second floor unit for anyone who may need a first floor one. Lots of extra touches that we appreciated- spices/etc in pantry, fresh flowers, pail of commonly forgot items ( toothbrush, etc).. Easy location to town and lifts. Wonderful stay!.. thank you!

Very well appointed property located close to downtown and to Riverrun lodge at Bald Mountain. Beautiful and updated finishes with great amenities and seamless process throughout. Would love to stay here again.

The pics and description are accurate. Easy parking. It could use a drip coffee maker, but other than that, the kitchen and grill are fully equipped.

This was the perfect spot for our family of five while in Sun Valley for the holidays. Immaculate, updated, stylish, comfortable with all of the creature comforts we needed. The owner was responsive and very easy to work with. The location is perfect for access to town and the River Run base. We would go out of our way to stay here again!

We loved our stay here. We had four adults and two young kids and it was perfect. We really appreciated the games - my toddler kept asking if he could go to the game closet and get more! The location was great - close to everything. We also loved the free sleds, pantry of staples, and Sonos/smart TV. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed here with our three boys for mid-winter break. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Ketchum. The location is perfect and no more than minutes from everything. The decor is even better than the photos look and they have all of the amenities for you. Thank you so much!

Our family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults) enjoyed Christmas at this wonderfully updated and modern condo. The space has been thoughtfully designed with excellent open living, dining and kitchen space along with three spacious bedrooms and two baths. Two bonuses are the open loft and a gas fireplace we used everyday. It was great space to share but also enough space for everyone to also have their own retreat. The kitchen is one of the best appointed we’ve seen in rentals - plenty of dishes, pots, pans, baking dishes, Viking oven, etc. The location was superb. We were close to River Run lift which made it easy to get on the slopes quickly each day. It’s also just blocks to downtown. The owners were incredibly accommodating and welcoming - including flowers and some beer in the fridge! We love Sun Valley and our stay here made it an amazing vacation.

My wife and I took our two kids to Sun Valley the week before Christmas and had an amazing stay. It is even nicer than it appears in the photographs — beautifully appointed, great kitchen, spacious, and incredibly well kept. It was more than enough room for our family of 4. It is a 90 second car ride to the ski hill (walkable), two minutes from town, and owners made our stay as seamless as possible. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Barbara's condo has all the amenities and comforts while being absolutely chic at the same time! My two older kids loved the bunk room (and both demanded a similar critter table lamp). The queen bedroom is so serene and beautiful and perfectly accommodated my brother. Finally, the upstairs king bedroom was beyond luxurious. The beds and bedding were very plush and spa-esque. The decor throughout tickled my fancy. And I was amazed to see the TV set up with Netflix and the fridge and pantry stocked with extra supplies, condiments and sundries. Truly a home away from home. We had an issue with the kitchen sink, but the owner and property manager were immediately on top of it. Problem remedied in less than an hour from the point of contact. I would definitely stay here again, availability permitting. Such a special place and very centrally located. Thank you, Barbara and family!

This condo is super adorable, clean, right by river run and town. We had an amazing time, walking into town each morning for coffee. We loved the modern decor, all the upgrades and the layout of the condo. We would definitely come back and stay here!

This condo was nicer than expected. The contemporary décor is very well done. It’s so cozy and bright. We loved that it was an upstairs unit in a quiet neighborhood. We walked to town often. The kitchen is quite well stocked. The owners have thought of everything and were very available to answer any questions. They obviously have a lot of pride in their newly remodeled unit. Family of four in Ketchum for ski week - this place is just perfect. 8 year old had her own bed, 10 year old chilled in the bunks and the loft space was perfect for games and hanging out. Easy walk in to town, with a downhill stroll to Baldy. Well appointed, plenty of space for everyone and superbly maintained. Owners took the time to communicate directly and were very responsive to our initial inquiries. Highly recommended!! We had a great week and we stayed in a great place.

We are a family of 5 that has spent a bunch of time in SV. This is the perfect condo for any family. Very tastefully decorated and remodeled. Its in a perfect location close to the River run lodge and a few blocks to downtown Ketchum where all of the action is. We walked everywhere and there was so much snow so a great time had by all. The owners were so easy to deal with, but everything is set up so perfectly, you really didn't need to reach out to them. Thank you! We will be back.

Arrived with storm clouds and departed with the snow still falling and this stylish luxury-packed condo was a perfect refuge during the storm. The first night we pulled in too late to cook and instead walked into town (10 min max) for some delicious sushi. Ketchum has all the charm you could hope for and this condo is the perfect base to explore the town and the mountain. All the amenities are new and several extra’s such as multiple types of coffee/tea/hot chocolate make you want to cozy up in front of the fire and binge watch a new Netflix series. Howerver, the mountain beckons as you look out the living/dining room and River Run Lodge and lifts are only a short walk away. Whether you want a stylish shelter in a storm or a well situated base to get outside enjoy the elements this is the condo for you.

Our family (Mom & Dad with three kids) just spent five nights in this recently renovated condo on a ski trip. We were VERY PLEASANTLY surprised at how so much luxury was packed into the unit - offering the high-end boutique hotel experience as advertised - if only boutique hotels included a gourmet kitchen with brand new appliances and cookware, washer/dryer etc. The beds/linens were excellent. This is a condo so the bathrooms aren't gigantic and the bunk beds are okay for a small adult but they are bunk beds - perfect for children. The entertainment and wireless technology is state of the art - 4K/UltraHD Smart TV, Apple TV, Netflix, and awesome WiFi - that was easy to use and worked flawlessly. It was obvious that the owners put their hearts and souls into the renovation. To say that the location is great would be an understatement. On our first ski-day we caught the bus to the River Run base area lugging our equipment. The bus stop was literally 30 yards from our front door. That was the only time we needed to do that as the walk to River Run took about five minutes (we did store skis and boots overnight at River Run). That would also be the time it took us to walk to Main Street, so that was the only bus ride we took all week, even though Sun Valley offers a convenient (and free) bus system. We'd have breakfast in the condo, lunch on the ski hill, and dinner in town. We ate at Globus, Enoteca, Sushi on Second, the Pioneer Saloon (all about a 10 minute walk, max), and the Ram Restaurant at the Sun Valley Lodge complex (which we took Uber to). On our flight home I asked the family which was their favorite and I got five different answers lol! I have skied at just about every resort west of the Mississippi River and Sun Valley offers one of the best combinations of on-mountain facilities and terrain - with a town that's hard to beat. If you have been there before you already know this, if this is your first trip to Sun Valley you're in for a treat. Throw in this condo and it was one of our best family ski trips ever.

This is a great condo. Just remodeled and really well finished with a contemporary design. Small building so very quiet. The owners were super accommodating and communicative. The Condo is 2 blocks from the slopes at River Run so easy to get to the mountain by Car, Bus and Walk. Also only a few blocks to the center of Ketchum for restaurants and shopping, etc.
