Excellent location, just a short walk everything Keswick had to offer. Wonderful staff with fantastic breakfast. Clean, comfy and cozy room. On street parking was easy to find. Would definitely stay here again.

The owner was fabulous, warm and welcoming. I had a great breakfast, comfortable bed, very clean room and a great location. I can't wait to go back and stay again!

Excellent breakfast, best quality ingredients. Spotlessly clean both bedroom and bathroom with a faultless shower! Quiet area but town centre within easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

The host was really nice, helpful and accommodating. the room was comfortable and had hot drinks facility. The location is very quiet and also close to the centre of town.

Spotlessly clean, brilliantly located and great value for money. Deb was lovely and helpful and the breakfast was great.

Lovely little place, very clean and comfortable rooms. Great location, only 5 min walk into the centre. Deb was just lovely, very welcoming and nothing was too much! She also knocks up a cracking breakfast!
