Luca was amazing in coordinating the stay. I wish we had more time to actually stay and enjoy the apartment. The best place on Milano… as a host he really cared for ensuring there was good enough off-the-shelf breakfast, orange juice, milk, tea and coffee pods. No one will regret staying at this apartment ever!!!!

The apartment is located in the central part part of Milano just 10 minutes walk to Pinacoteca di Brera. A parking garage is the next door to the main building. The apartment is spacious although the kitchen is quite small.

The apartment is very shabby, it really needs to be refurbished. Such poor condition is not what you expect for nearly 400 euro per night, the price we paid booking.com. The towels are just simply disgusting! Luckily we had our own. The dishwashing stinks as a cesspit. And the last but not the least! The aircon in the sitting room with one of the sleeping places didn't function. +39 in Milano and the aircon doesn't function! We complained to the owner immediately. First he promised to send a technician the next day. The next day he told that he didn't want to disturb us by reparations and advised to open the door of the sleeping room and close the windows and the shutters. I don't know if he really believes that we are a kind of morons who open windows and shutters when it's nearly +40 degrees outside. Something makes me believe that it's not the first time he gives such advices. My husband had to mount his laptop on a suitcase and work in the sleeping room all day long. The shots are attached.

1. Location was perfect, very much in the city center. 2. Good Breakfast options provided. 3. Safe for family stay. Nice restaurants nearby. 4. Overall a very nice stay with lots of space in the apartment for kids to move around. 5. Nice wifi speed, with activated tv apps.

1. One Room Air conditioner stopped on last day. 2. Kitchen sink drain pipe needs cleaning. It was getting blocked. 3. For a family of 4, we found breakfast supply was only for one time, before our arrival, and didnt had any replenishments. The booking.com website says "breakfast included", without any terms and conditions.

The apartment is very like in the pictures. Spacious, clean and has everything you need.

I would have given a 10 but there are the things we disliked 1. Towels are very rough. You can take a set of skin when you use them. 2. The bed squeaks badly. Might need repaired or renewed. 3. The most annoying thing is that they have a video camera in the apartment, right at the entrance. Not sure if it's active but we didn't feel comfortable having it inside.

Lots of space. Great location. Slightly out of the main centre but plenty of bars and restaurants with a supermarket nearby. Easy to get a taxi too. Perfect for a Milan break.

Well equipped apartment and some great restaurants nearby

Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped. Modern and stylish but also cozy. You really feel like you are home. There are restaurants and groceries nearby, you can reach the metro with a few minutes walk. The street itself a bit busy in the evenings but it doesn't bother us at all, we were straying with 3 kids and had 0 problems, so i can say it is a calm place. Luca is a great host, communication was easy, we switched over to texting as it's easier than using booking. Don't worry if you don't speak italian, we used english. The breakfast provided was good, we had several bakery products, milk, jam, butter, fruit juice. There were also some mineral water and beers in the fridge. Generally, the place is clean and tidy and comfortable. I can only highly recommend it.

Location was superb! We walked to everything. It’s bordering to Brera, which is a very neat area for eating out and shopping. Communication with the owner was clear and timely. Checkin and checkout was efficient and simple. Owner provided us with cold beverages upon arrival which was very kind since traveling with two kids is exhausting and a cold beer is heaven.

Luca, the host, is very friendly and helpful. The appartment is elegant, confortable, located in one of the nicest areas of Milan, full of restaurants, shops, bars and cafes.

The sofa bed could be a little more confortable.
