This house fit our family perfectly. We came from three households with four teens and and eight year old. The location was great for walking to the parks. Fun view of the fireworks on nights we were home. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to any questions or needs. He provided the perfect amount of communication, making sure that we had what we needed but also leaving us to enjoy our stay. Would definitely book again for our next trip.

This place is ideal for bringing a bunch of kids to Disneyland. Even has a pool table and foosball table in the garage.
Large kitchen well equipped. Full size washer/dryer. Air conditioner works well.

Had a great time staying here with our adult children .
We were a group of 7 in total .
The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay . Plenty of room for us to spread out at the end of the day .
Roger the host is so nice and detailed in his communication and recommendations for local attractions .
“ kids “ used the hot tub but we never had the time to use the pool but I wish we did since it looks so nice .

This house was great for our family vacation to Disneyland, it was large and roomy. The kitchen was very well equipped, we cooked several meals there. The kids loved the pool and the Xbox. At 9:30 pm every night Disneyland has a fireworks show, from the front porch of this house we had a tremendous view of the fireworks, which is great to leave Disney before the fireworks, thus avoiding huge crowds all leaving at once when the fireworks ended.

The property is very close to the Disneyland parks (a good 15-20 minute walk) which saves on parking costs. Owner is very communicative and makes sure your stay is the best possible.

This place has everything...Pool table, wagons, strollers, coolers, sand toys and more.
It was a bit tight for the wheel chair(adult power wheel chair). Getting into the home was fine, it was the bedroom doorway that was tight.

Stayed in Anaheim with adult family and their partners. Plenty of space within the house great facilities. Great place to stay very comfortable and was perfect as a base for us to see Disney resorts and Universal Studios, as well as a bit of touring around via car. Great communication with Roger and reasonable costs. Will recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this property this last week. The home is clean and comfortable and well-appointed. Communication with owner was quick and friendly! The house is about a 15 minute walk to Downtown Disney where you can take the monorail to Tomorrowland, or you can walk to the Pixar Pals parking garage skywalk and get on the tram to the gates. Plan for about 30 minutes from leaving the house to entering the park to walk, get thru security/ticketing, and board the tram/monorail. At the end of a long day, we had one parent walk back to the rental and get the car and pick us up at the Drop Off/Pick up lot next to downtown Disney to save tired little legs.

We appreciated the location and amenities at this property. Roger is also quick to communicate and respond to questions/ texts. We walked to Disney from the house in the morning and took an Uber back in the evening. Perfect location for a disney vacation! The hot tub was an ideal way to end each day after a theme park or beach adventure!

This roomy and well equipped property is perfect for larger family and friend groups. A pool and hot tub in the back yard were used by our family members. We were able to save a little by making use of the well supplied kitchen to prepare a few of our meals.

So close to Disneyland we walked to it.
There is alot of space and we were a party of 9. Roger is a spectacular host! He will text before arrival and is quick to respond to any text messages back.
We loved it, and will certainly return.

The house accommodated our family great. It is also a very short distance to Disneyland, which is one of the reasons I rented it. We didn’t walk to the Mickey and Friends parking garage to take the tram, but it’s easily done if you wanted to add additional steps (1/2 mile) into your day. We opted for Uber which was only about $8-10 each way. Hot tub was nice to have. Fireworks can be easily watched from the front porch. Some of the furniture is worn, but still comfortable. Definitely would rent this place again next time we visit. Owner was really friendly and easy to communicate with.

My family—ages 2 to 90!—stayed for 6 nights. Everyone was comfortable, and we all enjoyed our time. Roger was communicative, and I appreciated that he texted. That made it easy to have all the information in one spot! I'd definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this location in the past on a friend trip to Disneyland so it was a no brainer to stay here again for this family trip. This location is about half a mile to Disneyland if you walk up Walnut street and cross over right after the parking garage and take a left at Magic Way and then cut through the Disney hotel parking lots. It seems like you can’t get through that way but you 100% can.
This location has plenty of room and is cozy with lots of amenities for all ages. The description on the website is completely accurate.
If you are looking for all the fancy bells and whistles and luxury, this isn’t it. But it is perfect for what we needed in terms of size and location and functionality at an amazing price! The owner was great with communicating reminders for things like trash pickup and checkout process. I would absolutely recommend this and stay here again.

This is an awesome property with a great location and excellent functionality. It does need a little TLC as the lawn furniture was in need of replacement as there were a lot of sharp edges, pool table was ripped, but generally an awesome property.

This home was excellent. Roger, our host was incredibly responsive answering any questions literally within a half hour! Every detail he provides is accurate as far as distance to Disneyland. We even WALKED "home" one night with no problem after a long day at the park and with a 6 year old! The only thing we noticed was a stale pipe odor in the bathrooms but Roger said he was addressing that issue! We had a blast in the game room and made use of the stroller he provided! Thanks again Roger - you did a fine job!

We were a group of 5 people ranging from 17 to 55 in town to visit DisneyLand and do RunDisney races. It was perfect for our needs. I would rent this property again, without hesitation.

Roger was incredibly attentive and his place was perfect for our family. The kids loved the game room and the hot tub, and they even jumped in the pool for a few quick cannonballs! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we need. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay again!

This home had everything we needed. We ranged in ages with a toddler, teenagers and young aduts (a total of 10). We walked back and forth to Disney (about 20 min walk) but it was nice to be able to get some in a home. Roger is super attentive and answered my text immediately. This home accommodated our family of 10 with no issues and i love how there was plenty of parking in the driveway.

The home was easily found. Clean, home away from home. Christmas tree with decorations and lights greeted us once we opened the door. Perfect home for a family vacation! Host answered questions quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay. Roger was awesome! So quick to respond to questions. We had 4 children (ages 5 to 12) and 6 adults for our Disneyland vacation so we needed the large house. The 4 bedrooms were spacious. There were plenty of towels and blankets in the closets. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved having 3 bathrooms and so many beds. The kids loved the bunk beds and the hot tub. It was too cold for the pool!
Getting into Disneyland was not as easy as stated in the house description but we just took Uber for $6-$7 each way per car. We had a bit of a wait for Ubers on Monday morning but otherwise they were fast.
Room for improvement:
1] the strollers are old and dirty so we rented stroller in Disneyland
2] the master ensuite shower had moldy grout
3] furniture is pretty old and ripped
4] there was no body wash or conditioner in the master ensuite shower
Overall it is a nice big house and we would stay here again.

Literally walking distance to parks!!!! Can watch Fireworks from front door from Disneyland!
Accommodations were excellent! Eight people and 3 bathrooms YES!!!! More than enough beds. Landlord is very friendly and easily accessible if needed. Had a few questions and he was right on it! We would stay again!!!!

This property is very close to Disneyland and would be great for a family with small children. There was detergent supplied for the washer and dryer which was great! We really enjoyed having 3 bathrooms for our large group. We did not utilize the pool but we did use the stroller in the garage for the park. Roger was very nice and helpful and did not bother us at all. Great host!

Property is very close to Disney. We walked to the park every day. Hot tub was great at night to just relax and enjoy.

Very happy with this booking, everything was very clean and comfortable. Some furniture is showing wear and tear (this is a highly utilized rental). I was disappointed at the condition of the strollers available and would recommend taking your own (The full size stroller had the basket held on by tape which ripped the last day when we collapsed it for the tram ride, the headrest on the seat was missing and one of the shoulder straps. The other strollers had some missing safety belts or were very dirty. The owner was going to look at/repair after we left so I would contact him directly for more info). Owner reached out the day of check-in and part way through the week- very responsive and friendly. FYI: Two of the three twin beds are actually bunk beds, there is one bed safety rail and a pack-n-play available as well. The cribs are in the master bedrooms and are too big to move through the doors to put in other locations (one of the cribs is full size the other is a mini-crib). We set up the pack-n-play in the kids room and put the mattress from the mini-crib in it for our son to sleep in (he doesn't do well sharing a room with us), worked well and he slept great.

The house was perfect for our family of 7, the kitchen had everything you need. The excersaucer was broken but the playpen worked for a 1 year old. Walk to Downtown Disney is about 20 minutes as we had strollers so didn’t use the tram. Overall great location and family house.

This property is convenient, clean and very comfortable. The owner is a pleasure to work with. He was quick to respond to any need or question. Check in and out was quick and easy. Information about the property was provided before we arrived which was very helpful. We had a great week here. Roger was very, very helpful and responsive with any questions/issues. We didn’t use the pool as much as we hoped because the ladders getting in/out weren’t great for my parents (both in their 70s), but hottub was fine!
The ART bus has a stop at the hotel right across the street - super easy rides back and forth to the park entrance! You can also walk to Pixel parking garage and take tram.

Property and house was clean. Some things were dated but it didn't bother us.
The pool and hot tub were great and in good working order.
$10 - 12 uber to Disney.
Would highly reccommend. Can't beat the price.
