The room was on the third floor so it was quite hard to go up the stars after a 20000 step- tour around Prague. However it was the highest room - all the others are on 1st or 2nd floors.

Location was very good. Near old town and Charles bridge. All walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and bars near by. It was quiet too.

Had a kettle but not tea or coffee. Staff members were friendly but when I was checking in I had no assistance with my medium size suitcase and had to carry it up two flight of stairs on my own as there are no lifts. Room is dated some of the furniture was ripped or broken.

The hotel is located in the very heart of Prague, a 3-minute walk from the Charles Bridge. The rooms are as in the photo. The only thing is that there is no elevator. And if there are suitcases, it is inconvenient to climb the spiral staircase to the upper floors. The price corresponds to the quality. I recommend.

Location is perfect.

They should definitely put on better pillows, but the bed is ok. The main problem of this place is that it is veeeery noisy. You hear everything going on on the street and everyone going up and down the stairs, there are a lot of people coming to the hotel during the night, a lot of people screaming and talking loudly. No noise insulation at all, so its hard to sleep.

Poor lighting to work

Room was smaller than photo showed. Curtains didn’t draw together properly and also very thin so felt nervous that opposite neighbours could see in as buildings opposite were very close. Only one pillow per person which is of poor quality, so 4 nights of restless sleep. No explanation on arrival if breakfast was available and no other information given. Also you have to go to another hotel premises if you want breakfast, so by the time you have got ready to go there you may as well go to one of the many cafes who serve great breakfasts. Reception staff could do with some customer facing skills and hospitality training.

A very confortable place and so near to the main old town plaza and attractions. I'd realy come back to such a nice and comfort place .
