Water pressure was insanely strong

they only clean room every other day unless you request everyday which i did. breakfast was typical of hotel and food. clean and well staffed. if you don’t want to hear the people on the next room MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR A NON CONNECTING ROOM. HAVE IT OVERALL A 9!

The location of this Fairfield Inn is great. There are many restaurants and shops within a short drive, and some are even within walking distance of the hotel; downtown Louisville is around 15 minutes away. The hotel felt safe, clean, and comfortable, with an attractive and inviting lobby. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately we had a few issues with our room. The shower, which has a glass door, does not seal well so every time we showered the tile bathroom floor became wet and drenched the bath mat. We were careful to make sure we didn’t slip and fall, but we could see this being a major fall risk. The shower also did not drain well. The mini fridge was not cold at all. We brought these issues to the attention of the hotel staff at checkout and they mentioned that the seals for the showers were a known issue and would be replaced throughout the hotel soon. We had a King bed in our room and, although not a big deal, it would have been nice to have larger pillows to fit the bed, instead of the four small ones that were there.

The front desk staff was exceptional. When we had to change rooms due to a not working toilet, it was done without a problem.

The breakfast was low grade. They ran out of stuff and not much of a selection if you didn't eat pork products.

There are not a lot of options when it comes to breakfast. You’ll eat the same thing every day. our shower drain was clogged.

We got in really late after driving all day from Texas. We were exhausted and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind and friendly; it was really nice to encounter someone who genuinely seemed so pleasant and welcoming. Truly every single staff person we interacted with had great customer service, which is rare to find these days! The room was comfortable and the entire hotel was clean and very new looking. Breakfast was a really nice experience as well, lots of options and the man working at that time made sure everything stayed stocked up. Location of the hotel is great - within a couple minutes drive you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location was good for us as it was conveniently located to I265. As close as it was to the interstate, it was fairly quiet and secure. The parking lot was large and had plenty of room. The breakfast was just OK with limited choices and the staff didn't keep it stocked very well.

Very clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

I was VERY impressed with Tre (manager) he always greeted and answer all of our questions with a smile and honesty. Best experience that my husband and I have experienced for awhile. We will definitely be back. Also Melissa was very sweet and always smiling too.

Beds weren’t as comfortable as I hoped and no trash bags in the room but no complaints because it was a really great stay.
