Convenient location, nice updated rooms,

It was expensive but the entire area was higher priced

The room was updated with nice amenities... however...

When we arrived, I told the attendant we had a Marriot rewards number but she said it didn't work and told me to call Marriot. Good customer service would have been to call Marriot for me since her computer also showed that I was a member and there were no other waiting guests. I returned later to tell her my number and she did not link it to my account so I did not get credit for the stay. BUT - all of that is really minor considering what happened next. We went to our room and there was a sticky circle of orange juice on the white bed side table and there was two black circles (kind of like smudged mascara) on the sheets AND when I went to wash my hands after finding these things, I noticed there was also a washcloth with what looked like mascara on it. We went to tell the attendant and she gave us a cloth to wash the table (!!) and we had to ASK that the bedding be fully changed and to replace the towels as she did not offer this. There was never a credit for the inconvenience or even an apology. I was simply told, "I will talk to my manager".

Breakfast was great! A lot of protein options you don't usually see. I also liked that you had protein shakes in the store.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire building. We enjoyed to beautiful view out our window!!

I booked a king suite. Nothing was said at check-in, but the room we were given was a double queen room. When I asked the front desk, they said they were "overbooked online" and nothing else was available. They did not reduce my charges. The room was dirty, with long hairs stuck to the inside of the shower and outside of the tub.

Extremely comfortable bed and beautiful views

Very clean and spacious room. Staff was nice and efficient with getting us checked in. Also, the location was excellent! Only few minutes of driving to all the spots we had planned for the day.

This is me being nit-picky but I prefer a fan in the bathroom. One other thing is that the outlet to plug my phone in at night was far away from the bed.
