The Sheraton in Downtown Duluth was exceptional. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They provided great assistance for my birthday trip - even giving us a room with an incredible view of Lake Superior. The hotel itself was clean, was within walking distance of SO much, and was comfortable for our weekend away.

The parking. Charged 7 bucks to the room PLUS A CHARGE EVERY TIME YOU LEAVE. EXTRA 26.00 BUCKS TO MY RIDICULOUS PRICE OF 284. NEVER STAY HERE!

The location the friendly staff and the spacious room and getting in early
Sound proofing so everyone who passed our room could have a privat conversation. We heard it all.

Staff were super friendly, and professional. Room was clean and shower was outstanding.
Parking! We were traveling with my 84 year old mother. The distance to the parking garage was too far to haul luggage. Need to park by hotel door and unload first. Route to sky bridge parking garage is too far away to be convenient.

Super loud girls running up and down the hallways and slamming doors all Friday night. Saturday was much quieter.

Traumatizing place. Screaming people till 4am. Aloof and disinterested staff. Super expensive for no rest and horrifying noise.

No microwave in the room. Restaurant had strange hours so we had to eat elsewhere since it didn't open until 8am and we left for the morning by 7.
