Breakfast was a disaster, you simply do not have take away breakfast on 5 star hotel. In my opinion as a traveller 2 things are extremely important at hotels...: beds and the breakfast. Secondly the quality of breakfast was very low compared to a 5-star hotel. When you have 5 stars it means that breakfast should be more extra ordinary than other hotels. it was not.

No robes provided or place to put clothing when going out to outdoor hot tub. Our clothing was taken from the pool area when we were in the hot tub. It was never returned.

Comfortable beds..close to walking to Bentleyville. Loved the fire pit!!

Didnt like the open shower door..no privacy if my sister needed to use the bathroom. Breakfast was very disappointing..tables not bused..had to wait 8 minutes to be cleaned. No silverware & all the juices, milk & water were empty. All the food trays were almost empty & only 9:45 am. They were not prepared😕

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary. The outdoor hot tub & firepits with views of the bay were so relaxing. The room was spacious & the bed was comfortable. We ate at the restaurant both nights & the food & service was very good. Can't wait to come back.

thought the resort would be more upscale. the waitress, chantel, at silos restaurant was terrible, food was ok, but served cold.

So convenient to festival grounds. Everything in one location and lots of extras!

Location was great. Liked the free shuttle to places in town. Great view’s.

Water pressure in the shower was lacking. Wished that for the price I paid there would be free breakfast of some sort. Wish there was some sort of covering on windows so we could see out, but ppl outside could not see in.

The room was very clean and shower had good water pressure. The view over the lake and the bridge was exhalent. The fire places it had to roast marshmallows was nice and cozie.

The outside hottube could be warmer.
