This was a perfect getaway for my husband and I with two teens. Amazing views and very clean. The $75 registration fee is a bit tough to swallow but was communicated to us well in advance by our lovely host and is a condo requirement, not that of the host. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

My 70-year old mother, my 9 year old daughter and I all stayed for 5 days here. The building was easy to find, in a wonderful location and steps to the beach! A hurricane going up the coast prevented us from swimming in the ocean but the beach was still amazing. And the building had a pool which was perfect. Great stay, clean space, very comfortable and had everything we could want and need!

Neat and tidy, with great views. Appliances were great, kitchen had spices and cooking utensils, pots, pans. We had just a couple instances where we needed to contact Anette and she got back to us quickly. You do need your own linens, but beds were comfortable. No indo$75.Parking is

A very spacious accommodation with great beach views - and sounds. The beach is easy to reach, parking is easy (though the fee is now $75) and it was clean and well-equipped. Plenty of dishes for those like us who like to cook for ourselves. Comfy beds.
My only concern is the need to bring our own linens. I feel linens should come with a place at this price.

We really enjoyed the views from the unit! the mirrors were strategically placed so seeing the view of the bay and ocean was really awesome!the owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions offered suggestions for dining Thank you for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

My family and I stayed during the above referenced dates. This is our second time staying at this rental and can truly say, it's a wonderful and pleasant experience. We simply love the view of the ocean. Annette, the host is by far amazing!! It was our 2nd time staying in Anette's condo with memories of our last trip to get us ready. The view is just as amazing and Anette is phenomenal about staying in touch with any questions from booking through our stay. The only difference from our last trip was having to bring linens (hint: a queen size top sheet fits well as a "bottom" on the King size bed!). Otherwise, it's within walking distance to the grocery store and many shops and is a perfect size for our family of 4. Highly recommended!

This property is not “Ocean Front” as advertised but Ocean side view. The so called front view is really facing the opposite building and thus no privacy.
Complimentary toiletries like toilet paper and towels were not there in one toilet.
The towels in the other toilet seem to have been used.
There were no trash bags as indicated in the check in list in the bathrooms cabinets or the janitor closet.
Mirrors in both the bathrooms and near the kitchen had or bubble marks.
Didn’t realize that we had to bring our own bed linens, pillow covers, bath towels and toilet paper. The owner could have alerted us about this.
Much cheaper hotels have complimentary toilet paper, bath towels, bed linen etc.

Anette was very responsive in all aspects leading up to the stay and during a check-in mixup that was not her fault. The previous tenants had not vacated the property/unit per the contract and had sent the cleaning crew away earlier in the day telling them that the crew had arrived a day too early and that they had the place for another day. After ensuring the tenants vacated asap, Anette coordinated an after hours cleaning when most places seemed closed, so we could continue checking in. Despite getting a 2-3 hour late start to our vacation, everything else was perfect. Thanks to Anette for being so responsive and ensuring we could check-in promptly even though her previous tenants were mistaken.

This was our 2nd stay at this unit. I love the Hostess because she communicates well and responds to my text and messages quickly. I can be a sort of a pain in the butt, but that didn’t stop Anette from responding kindly and quickly. The security and staff at the Capri condominiums are extremely accommodating and helpful. The beach is walking distance from the back door. And every restaurant and family attraction is a quick car ride. I thoroughly enjoy this rental. I’ll be back.

On the beach
The property is exactly as advertised. The views are spectacular, and it is located directly on the beach away from much of the hubbub of OC and the boardwalk. It is well furnished, and communications with the owner/manager were excellent. The only comment (and it is not really a complaint) is that I would advise those staying to bring their own bed linens. Sleeping with a rubber mattress cover, while understandable from the owner's viewpoint, is nothing I am accustomed to doing, and was a major distraction.

Overlooking the Atlantic
Thanks Annette for providing a great location and lodging. We walked to the beach right outside the patio exit. It was nice to have shower stations with hand wands at the edge of the patios to rinse off all the sand. We used the lockers extensively to unpack and restock. Thanks for the beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella. The super king size bed in the master was a treat. The fold out couch in the living room worked well with our adult children and the 2 twin beds were perfect for our grandkids. It was nice having 2 bathrooms to accommodate everyone's needs. It felt very secure with doormen very present. The elevators worked very well and most times had a short wait to board and get to and from the 14th floor(a worry we had) We parked one of 2 cars across the street along a road next to the Gold Coast Mall that was a short walk & worked well. The parking spot you provided worked great. We did have a few rainy days and the indoor pool fit the bill for the kids along with the arcade game area. I would talk to management about the machines though. Many of them ate up quarters and did not work😣 But we loved the PingPong (thanks for supplying the paddles and ball) and the airhockey. Recommend people bring a basketball because the small court is very nice and was not being used that much! Thanks Annette

Clean, with everything you need and an incredible view
The view of the beach/ocean was amazing. Ease of accessibility to beach with outdoor storage lockers and showers was very convenient. Kitchen had everything needed. Place was very clean. The building also had nice accommodations for the kids/teenagers for after hours or inclement weather. The unit owner/manager maintained great communications and was very helpful.

Relaxation at its best
We can't say enough great things about Anette's space! The views were amazing and made our time in the condo as relaxing as our time away from it. Our kids were pleased to have their own TV too!
Anette responded within 24 hours to all our inquiries from start to finish, even while she was outside the country during our trip. Simple things we hadn't considered needing were at our fingertips (e.g., a squeegee for the shower to corral bits of sand) and having beach items already there made those beach days that much simpler (although we did purchase things that previous guests had broken and not replaced).
Our complaints were few and more personal preferences than anything else. The 4pm arrival time was a shift change for the Capri's security guard, so we had to wait a little while to pay and organize our parking pass. However, Anette sent clear instructions well in advance of our stay permitting us to enter both the building and the condo without any problems, and departure was just as easy.
We would love to stay here in the future and highly recommend it to all. Thank you so much!

Location and views!
Unbelievable views - ocean, beach and the bay. Stunning! Easy access to beach and owner has chairs but also easy to rent chairs and umbrella on beach. Super nice to have 2 bathrooms. Open design of kitchen, dining and living area is very comfortable.

Quick beach weekend
Everything was as described and owner very responsive to questions but the Vrbo checkin was not conveniently where at the location for checkin and still didn’t receive the access codes from Vrbo

Great location!
We had a great experience staying at this property! View is spectacular! The kitchen was well-stocked with kitchen pots, pans and utensils! Would have liked maybe more than just 6 plates so we didn’t have to run the dishwasher so much. And maybe a bigger tv in the living room! We were there in the off season, so the indoor pool was a hit! Great place to stay!

Check in fail.
It was a nice waterfront condo, of course it was enjoyable..once we got in that is. We ended up at the property with no door code that would get us in to the room. Sitting in the hallway for 45 minutes repeatedly calling and texting the property owner with no answer/response. Checking with front desk security, nothing they could do. Finally call VRBO customer service, they inform me I'm suppose to have the access code at least 10 days in advance. Customer service then calls THE SAME NUMBER I had been trying, the owner answers his call, then he connects us. While getting the code and explaining the situation, the property owner had zero cares that we had been waiting unable to access her. Her response was "I'm sorry there was a 40 minute delay" in such a careless voice... while we had been sitting in a tiny hallway trying to decide if we go find a hotel room somewhere. So in all, of course the time there was lovely, the location was nice and the pool was great fun! However the check in process and interest from the property owner was entirely lack luster.

condo had great views and was clean. Comfortable. Wifi was not accessible with information given. "Check in registration fee" cash only! Somewhat suspicious. Bathtub in master bathroom needs tubmat. Somewhat slippery. No pillows provided. Not mentioned in precheckin information.

Great property. Great Host
Place was large enough for 5 or 6 people comfortably. Great accommodations in the building. We didn't get to use all of the facilities due to covid-19 restrictions like pool, sauna, game room and gym but it was understandable. I won't take off points for that. Maybe when we return. The condo is clean and has everything you would need for a week's stay. There was even beach chairs and umbrellas as well as boogie boards and children's sand toys. All restaurants, fast food, pizza and grocery stores are near by. Lots of places to buy adult beverages also. OC is very safe and everyone is practicing social distancing and wearing mask. People on the beach and other crowded places were very responsible and respectable. Including restaurants. Enjoy.

Cute place to getaway
Overall I was very pleased with the condo rental. The instructions provided made check in and check out very easy. We did go off season so the parking situation was not bad and we did not get to enjoy the many amenities this place says it has to offer. Not sure how it is during summer time. The check in process was very easy that you are left self sufficient enough to make check in and out easy . The building has carts to use for luggage in and out. No interaction with staff is really needed only for the parking pass. We were provided the door code to get into the condo beforehand. The condo itself was very clean and tastefully decorated with an overall palm tree theme so you felt the vacation vibe :). Most appliances and accessories were updated and modern. There was a little confusion on the bed size in the second bedroom as when searching for the place to stay I thought I read it had a queen size bed and two single beds in the 2nd bedroom. But there were only two singles. I assume there was a pull out sofa that had the queen as the unit said it slept six people. The bedrooms are decent sized. The king bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was with the master bedroom sink that did not drain very well. The hot water heater will not accommodate more than 2.5 showers back to back so would need to space your showers out. The views were amazing from the 14 th floor. You can see the ocean and bayside both. Overall I would stay here again and recommend.

This property was lovely in that there was a view of the ocean and the bay. Very easy access to the beach and everything close by. Great to have 2 bathrooms and the condo had everything we needed.
