Nos gusto la variedad del menu y la frescura de la comida; La ubicacion fue excelente, el subway queda en la esquina, caminando a 2 cuadras esta la autoridad portuaria de autobuses que llevan al Mills y a otros destinos; en ese mismo punto esta la famosa reposteria de Cake Boss; Hay farmacias, supermercados, restaurantes, cafes, teatros todo alrededor. Durante mi estadia tuve la necesidad del servicio de lavanderia. Aunque el hotel no tenia, tenian contrato con una lavanderia que recogia la ropa a primera hora (7 am) y la regresaba al final del dia. Excelente servicio para quienes van con ninos.

This hotel is located near by Times square and Broadway theaters. We could come back to the hotel very fast and safely after the musical show is over at night.
All the staff of this hotel is so nice to guests. Every night we came back to hotel, they welcomed us with warming greeting. They tried to do their best to deal with guest's request.
Furthermore, room cleaning was perfect. Even though I tend to be picky about cleanlinessstayed, the cleaning staff did their job perfectly and made me amazed. I really appreciate their effort.
I will visit this hotel again!

Great location, and great staff. They are a super helpful and kind team. Also, the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect and has easy access to Times Square and public transportation.
Only one elevator and the elevator is super slow. If the elevator is broken, there is no other option available.

la localisation de l hotel-métro à 2 mn à pied (terminal authority lignes A C E, direct de l airtrain. A 5mn à pied de Times Square.. le petit déjeuner très bien, jus d’orange et café très bon (pas de café Américain 🤣). personnel aimable et disponible. la chambre et kitchenette bien appréciable.
un peu cher mais c est NYC. le queen size bed = déçu car uniquement un 140cm et sommier de 120cm !! manque de rangement dans la chambre. juste pour 2 personnes sur 7 jours. pas de bouilloire dans la chambre mais micro-onde.

Excellent location, minutes away from Times Square and restaurants. Easy walk to many mid town attractions and shopping. Friendly and helpful staff - when we had a minor repair issue in the room it was promptly dealt with. Limited range of items but fresh and convenient breakfast available.

La ubicación es muy buena si querés hospedarte cerca de el centro o si es tu primera vez en NYC El acceso impecable, a media cuadra del subte que conecta con TODO. Muy buena predispocision del personal para recibir envios y paquetes. El hotel tiene desayuno y lo destaco ya que hay muy pocos que lo ofrecen en NYC. El precio con este item incluido es conveniente. Siempre tienen cookies para convidarte en la recepción.
Un solo ascensor y lento. El desayuno monotono y con poca oferta, y termina a las 9 am. Particularmente prefiero otra zona para hospedarme en NYC, pero si es tu primera vez, la ubicación es ideal

The room was spacious for New York. The facility included a microwave oven and cooktop. This meant I could reheat left overs. The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast, although busy, had a lot of variety. The property is positioned well for the theatre district, garment district, Times Square, the CBT, etc.
It was a bit noisy. I don't think it's double-glazed. I slept with earplugs.
The room was quite dark, even in daylight. The room really needs an overhead light as well as the lamps.

Hotel is a couple minutes away from TimeSquare and metro
But for a "king with sofa" room, suitable for 3 adults, the room was clearly too small ! Once the sofa bed was made, it was impossible to go from the king bed to the bathroom - the sofa bed took up all the space !
Breakfast included seems cool... but in fact it really wasn't appealing...
Everyday I had little or bigger troubles with "not enough towels", "no toilet paper", breakfast-to-go supposed to be ready early in the morning for a tour we had... but wasn't...
