Hotel und Zimmer waren sauber, beim Eingang war immer jemand, der ein Auge darauf geworfen hat, wer rein geht. Auf unser kleines "Geruchsproblem" auf dem Zimmer wurde sofort eingegangen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einer Verbindungstür und ein Zimmertausch war aufgrund der Vollauslastung nicht möglich aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.

Good location in Midtown so an easy walk to most touristy things. Staff were lovely at every stage including just greeting and saying goodbye every time you enter and leave.

Housekeeping service could be more efficient - we had to ask for extra toilet paper and other items multiple times because room had not been serviced while we were out. We had asked for ‘every other day’ housekeeping instead of daily but it was done once within a 6 night stay and that was when we ran into housekeeping staff in the hallway and asked if room could be cleaned. But again, lovely staff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when we were looking for help with transportation or directions. Location was great!

The staff helped us check in was really nice, room was also good. But, there was a pushpin on the floor and I stepped on to it?! I would say fortunately I brought my own thick slippers, what if I was just wearing my socks??? we told the front desk about it and we didn’t receive any further feedback. No one come to check if there’s any others on the ground, no apologies,etc at all. The sharp metal part could even have disease spread through blood in the worst case scenario……

Location :Location is just amazing … you are just in middle of everything…8 mins walk and you are in Times Square and it’s charm … 7 mins walk to Penn station which has super connectivity to most of Newyork city and it’s attractions.just walk few blocks any direction and you will be in something fun. Easy to navigate. Staffs were humble and helpful especially guys managing luggage at the reception polite and proactive …room was small but clean and tidy. Bed was super soft and comfortable felt like clouds after 15 hours of flight…value for what you pay. Don’t forget you are in NYC. Modern and Good hotel. They accommodated my request of assigning room on higher floor which had an amazing view . Has nice seating area and restaurant onsite.

Overall a good experience but few points to be highlighted. Water : Bare necessity not provided in room … should be given as many guests comes god know from which part of the globe and after how many hours of flight and then to look for as basic as water ? Locality : though not hotels fault but NYC itself is very noisy in night and those emergency service vehicles super siren irritates a lot when ur tired and wants a peaceful sleep,room are not sound proof. And this vehicles are very frequent especially in dark hours.hotel is in bustling area and there are drug addicts around hotel. But nothing to be concern off. As I said welcome to NYC. Something which got me pissed : after a good night out in the most happening city of the world at 6 am fire emergency alarm rings loud in room and evacuation is triggered I see people rushing out of hotel from lower floors and when I’m calling reception and hotel number no answers no Information… in lobby I see other guest with the same confuse sleepy face and we walk 24 floors down the emergency stairs and when we reach down standing in rain no one is giving any information what happen and all of sudden I see emergency trucks are going …guests started walking back to rooms with lot of confusion and nobody actually knows what happen and no apologies or valid information passed . So forget and forgive it ….but a good adventure to remember.

Great location, comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff, and a Starbucks downstairs was super convenient.

The coffee machines in the room weren’t the best, but this is a minor complaint.

The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful! The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Beds and pillows were dreamy. The location is great as it was close to Times Square and several attractions all within a quick walk. Penn Station where you can travel to any direction is super close. If you are driving in from the NJ side its literally right out of Lincoln Tunnel. Parking is available at a safe nearby garage. Access to the lobby is controlled by use of your access card so it's not like anyone can just walk in so it's very safe if it's a concern. Great meal options located nearby too! Overall we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend.

Breakfast is just a Starbucks in the "Bistro" which isn't really Breakfast. Breakfast being included in the room rate would be great. If the windows blocked a little more police/siren noise that would be great. However I suppose it is NYC...we thought the sirens would disturb our sleep but they didn't. Perhaps we were too tired from walking around all day!

easy location, close to Times Square without being on top of it!

Location was perfect in the centre, close to times square and alot going on. Rooms were clean and as expected.

The only downside to the location was the harm reduction location next to the entrance, which made us see some drug usage/ homeless persons near the hotel entrance. Although they are not bothering anyone, some may find this difficult. Take note that there is no hand shower. Just the head mounted to the wall. This is inconvenient in some cases.
