perfect position. close to grand central station and some of the main museums (MoMA) and main buildings (Flatiron for example is only 15 mins away by foot). the flat reflects the pictures and the staff at the reception is very helpful. also the app and the support from remote is friendly and effective.
during our stay the room locking combination stopped working, but the structure was very helpful to solve the issue immediately. It was not the best after 5hours in the rain, but problem solved!

Het was een fijne ruimte. Het was schoon en de keuken had alles wat er nodig was.
De ligging was perfect. Vlakbij Grand Central. Waar de metro vandaan ging.
Het was er ook rustig. Wat gek is in de city that never sleeps.
Het was er wat warm. Vooral ‘‘s nachts. De verwarming kon niet gereguleerd worden.

Location because it is close to gran central terminal and that is has everything you need within the facilities.
Staff answers very quickly through the Sonder App, really helpful.
The keycode to access my room never worked so I had to carry a key everywhere I went. Also in the first day the wifi was not working so I had to wait one day before Sonder fixed it.
The room was too dark for us, we recommend adding at least one light bulb in the center of the bedroom.

The air conditioning was mot working properly.

There were three days of incredible drilling type noise - so loud and intrusive that it was impossible to hold a telephone conversation or conduct any business.
I tried the lounge on 25th floor - noise level a bit better but not suitable with other people coming and going.
I had to leave the building in order to conduct my business. I would not have reserved the apartment if made aware of the noise interference.
Apparently there is some work being done in the car park underneath.
On a less serious note:
The sockets beside the bed did not work - I had to go and buy an extension cable.
Finally - the TV did not work for normal TV service - it did work for Chromecast but not for usual TV channels which I would have expected.

It was a good location & relatively quiet. It had the majority of facilities you’d need, inc kettle & coffee machine (inc a few teabags & coffees to get you going). All the kitchen equipment was in good working order & all the linen & towels were lovely fresh & clean.
The tv wasn’t really working, the aerial was broken. But we just used it with chrome cast from our iPad & WiFi etc. The sofa bed had a few missing springs but was good enough for what we needed. The heating unit was the worst thing, really noisy at times in the night & no obvious way to switch it off. I stayed in 2H.

clean , very strategic location . 10 minutes walk to time square . 5 minutes walk to grand central , 10 minutes to Bryant parc …. kitchen available if wanna cook … the price is all right also … you can’t find better in mid town …

Very complicated check-in, spent an hour over the phone inspite of providing all details.
Front door doesn't close well, a big gap between wall and door.
Floors stained, bathroom full of paint drops, sofa cut bed Very inconvenient.
No instructions for AC, appliances usage.
We never expected such a plight in NewYork.

the automated door code wasn't always working for me, because the building internet would cut off randomly, so I couldn't even get into my room without going down to the front desk to get a key. The key code in general is helpful, but there was no backup, which was frustrating because I didn't know why my key code didn't work until the front desk person downstairs told me it's because the wifi is spotty. It doesn't feel reliable to me

The location was great. The kitchen was good.
One of the lights did not work and we asked the room service to fix it and they showed up in 2 minutes but unfortunately it wasn't about the bulb and it needed more time so we postponed it. I asked for a vase and they kindly provided me with one.
It wasn't bright and clean as what they showed me in the photos! The windows were extremely dirty so we covered them with the curtain for the whole 2 weeks!
The bathroom sink was not draining at all and we had to wait 2-3 minutes each time to clean up! The lounge was not any similar to the photos!

The apartment was really nice: spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated, modern! the bed very comfortable! location was perfect for me.
