La ubicación es fantástica, puedes bajar a la playa sin necesidad de coger el coche y eso con niños es muy cómodo. Además, me gustó la piscina y la animación para los niños.

El ruido en las habitaciones. Se escuchaba mucho a la gente cuando llegaba por la noche a su respectiva habitación y era molesto.

Séjour parfait, tout est réuni pour passer un séjour en famille hyper agréable !!

Idéalement situé, cet hôtel propose des chambres spacieuses et confortables avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et leur piscine. Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est varié et bon.

Le parking coûte 17€ par jour, c'est un peu cher. Le buffet proposé pour le dîner n'est pas exceptionnel.

Fraîcheur dans la chambre

La situation de l'hotel est juste idéale ! Les chambres sont grandes mais vieillottes et le personnel de l'accueil pas aimable du tout !!!

Le personnel à l'accueil, accueil très froid , la dame de l'accueil s'est d'abord occupé du monsieur arrivé après moi, le jeune homme qui finalement s'est occupé de mon arrivée ne m'a pas regardé, ne m'a rien expliqué et n'est même pas venu à ma rencontre, hallucinant !!! heureusement que je n'y étais que pour une nuit !

Being a four-star hotel, the Htop Caleta Palace is certainly impressed with its spacious rooms, captivating scenic views, and delightful range of dining options.

On the flip side, it's important to note a couple of drawbacks. The hotel lacked provided towels for the pool and beach, necessitating an additional rental fee. Moreover, the need to rent beach chairs and the requirement to rent safes were additional expenses that impacted the overall convenience and cost of the stay.

room was great as there were 3 of us and had plenty of space though seating was a bit sparce only 1 chair

we were unable to get a little lunch only a buffet lunch available at 20 euro each which we found too expensive as we required just a sandwich or salad

The location of Playa d' aro it is beautiful in the beach and on top of everything very close to the "Ronda" path to walk to all beautiful paradise small beach. The hotel was a great place to spend holidays with my son. The beds are very nice size and comfortable. The room and all hotel it is very clean. The ladies clean my room were very friendly and so nice too. The swimming pool very nice with a great chair and view to the sea. The stuffs of the hotel work very hard and so professional and so friendly the check in was quickly and efficient the reception lady and guys were very nice and sweet with me and my son. The stuffs from the restaurant were very hard workers and so friendly at the same time, big thank you for all of you from the restaurant to make this trip with my son more amazing with your excellent service, special Roberto that was very nice to me and my son. The food was very nice with so much options, one of the best all-inclusive I never see before, well done. The manager of the hotel helped me a big time when I lost my key. He provided at the same day a new key of my room, and they also changed the door locker for my own security. This is so important what he did, and I was very glad to be in a hotel with excellent customer-centric service.I'm really looking forward to being back very soon.

The only thing I would suggest is to make sure the students' colleague trip are coming different time to the restaurant and also have a stuff from the hotel to monitoring them at the swimming pool. It was a bit of noise and bad behavior from them there and disturbing the holidays of me and other families there.

The gardening department let's the hotel down, after various complaints at reception, there was no way to stop the gardener with a leaf blower working next to the breakfast terrace at 09:00, breakfast time between 08:30 and 10:00, ear plugs for the guests???

The food is very poor quality. We would not recommend any meal in the hotel. Not even breakfast!

Fantastic room views and we had room 346 which was a fantastic and beautiful room. Best room in the hotel! I would definitely come again!

The food in the morning was not very good. The food quality in general was poor. Apart from a few great dishes such as the paella, rice dishes and fish, the general variety of food and quality was poor. Also, although the hotel views and outside amenities were beyond amazing, the amenities inside the hotel were not up to standard and did not deserve the 4 stars. We were expecting to have all inclusive drinks as we paid for all inclusive food and drinks but we were only given basic low cost cocktails. If we wanted Mojito and Pinacolada, we had to pay extra which was a huge shame! We were given all Inclusive premium but in order to get a large bottle of water (we only got small ones) and to get normal cocktails (we only had basic gin/vodka coke/lemonade) you had to pay and extra 22 euros a day. They call this all Inclusive gold. This was a bit disappointing.

Ordered a room but was given a suite. Overlooking the Beach and Pool. Great view.

the location is just great! the staff are just lovely and super friendly! the view is amazing and the very beautiful Cala del pi beaches are walking distance away from the hotel!

too many children, if you are searching for a quiet place you probably won’t enjoy this place! we were there in high season time, probably won’t be so overcrowded in the usual times. a bit hectic during the breakfast/lunch/dinner time.
