Sofa hatte Flecken…. Schlafzimmertüre klemmt.
Dusche war undicht, wasser läuft aus der Dusche.

il personale e stato terribile non ci hanno permesso di soggiornare con una scusa terribile non ci davano le chiavi perché io avevo prenotato per due persone ed li ho fatto presente che la altra persona non può essere perché ha perso il vuolo quindi io sto solo ed loro insistevano che mi dano le chiavi se non viene il altra persona cosa imposible li ho fatto presente che ol regolamento vieta di stare più persone del consentito e non meno persone invece hanno rifiutato di fare il check in

Séjour top! Super accueil, appartement très propre, très bien placé mais bien isolé donc aucun bruit de l’extérieur. Vraiment parfait.
Le déchargement de l’autre côté de la route n’était pas idéal, mais j’étais seule avec deux enfants donc cela pourrait être moins problématique pour les autres!

Super close to the beach and restaraunts, supermarkets. Good windows so it is not noisy inside. very clean and has everything for long stay (1-2weeks).. washer, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker. Very helpful receptionist and whatsapp support. Fresh and tasteful renovation. Also it didn't cost more than other options in the area.

Perfect apartment for me an my two teenagers. We all appreciated the closeness to both the beach and the shops and restaurants. The staff was super nice!

Excellent location very close to the beach and shops. The property was clean with everything you need for a lovely stay.
You have access to their hotels in their chain, which was close by and absolutely beautiful.
The shower hose could be improved as kept moving to one side, but was perfectly functional!

Hidden cost after check out. cleaning fee $109 US. The price of accommodation was $76 US. There is no verbal explanation and internet information about cleaning fee, but just asked to sign papers for $200 deposit.

Then single beds bare only suitable for children. The bed for our adult son collapsed twice and had to be replaced. he slept on a mattress on the floor for 2 nights.
The bread toaster is VERY unsafe, no pop up or switch off. have to stand and watch. could be solved for 20 Euros.
very limited hanging space for clothes. good for weekend stay, we were there forb 14 nights and had to leave our clothes in the cases.

With all the facilities there think detergent and clothes washing soap should be provided so that people don’t have to buy each time and waste the unused bits.

Location was perfect - near to everything
Laura on Reception was always smiling & incredibly helpful. She’s a real asset!
Our stay was perhaps unusual as it was for a period of 4 weeks. Felt that kitchen could have been equipped with better selection of glassware - no wine or beer glasses, no chopping board /bread board, no oven glove. These are just little items & could easily be remedied.
There was no WiFi signal in our bedroom.

Due to the central location, it can get a bit loud especially on the weekends during season. Still, we had a great stay.

In the heart of the Platja d'Aro
Clean and spacious appartment
Very noisy! we couldn't use the terrace or even open the window.
Everything is very skimpy. You get one dishwasher tablet and one garbage bag, and you are the one responsible for throwing the garbage before you leave. They even sign you for that.
We have decided to cut short our vacation

It was a perfect place to stay with the children. Very spacious rooms and very bright and airy.
While everything was amazing, having more storage/closet space would have been more convenient.

convenience. cleanliness. decor. the use of the hotel was a super useful added bonus.
the only thing that was not working perfectly was slow WiFi connection. my husband needed to work and had difficulty connecting. but this is really a very minor inconvenience. and not enough closet/storage space in our bedrooms.

The apartment was just wonderful. Modern, yet comfortable. It was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed.
The beach was a 3 minute walk away and we got use of the facilities of the parent hotel which has the most spectacular views.

Very friendly staff and location is just in the heart of the city within walking distance from the beach.
Only two complaints: First, beds were too soft (for me, for someone else they may be just fine). Secondly, at least our apartment did not had proper way to dry beach towels and swimwear (such as balcony etc)., however that depends on the apartment itself. That is not really problem during summertime though.
