To much noise in the night

Was clean, rooms were okey size, beach was near and lot of shopping and eating places

Next to the hotel there was a club and all night it was people on the streets talking and yelling( probably good to go without kids and also we couldn't get baby crib but there was enough space in beds). Also on booking there was marked that parking is possible but when we arrived they sayed it's full on weekends usually. So I parked to nearest shopping center and it's like 7 minutes walk from hotel.

The staff were efficient, very friendly and went that extra mile.

I suppose a walk in shower would feel safer.

Noisy during the evenings. Many people party in platja d'Aro and rooms are not well sound-proffed.

The location is perfect! The attention was amazing and very enthusiastic

The hotel itself is too old, it should be renovated, the bed was broken, the walls are thin, the bathtub is a bassinet, the breakfast is limited buffet, cheap options, they check everything you take and eventually you are embarrassed to get satisfied… it’s quite annoying to say: may I get a 3rd piece of watermelon please? You should be able to serve yourself… the breakfast schedules are ridiculous (it was supposedly to avoid covid but there’s wasn’t that many people actually…) the air conditioner works when you press the button not by itself as it should, I understand the hotel intends to keep a 50s or 70s look but cmon!! Make a little effort, for 150€ per night at least make it welcoming! There is a shampoo/shower gel thing that works 1 of 5 times you press it, so gotta walk 10 min to the next supermarket to get shampoo and soap… of course who needs this?

Great location between the main street and the beach, very nice breakfast and very attentive and helpful staff! The price-quality exceeded our expectations!

Great internet, we had a big balcony, the staff was super happy and made you feel so welcomed. Breakfast was simple but ok. The building feels old and I've marked it "not quiet" because every time anyone flushes the toilet you could hear it. I'm not being dramatic, you could REALLY hear the water running hard on the walls.

Bed wasn't comfy. I was told it would have parking but it costed $10 per night. There is a free parking but a bit far (7-10 min walk)
