Good location and good facilities. Rooms were spacious, modern and very clean

Customer service was absolutely terrible and it ruined our stay in the hotel. The first night we had to change rooms as there is a club next to the hotel and it blasting music loud until 1am. The second day hotel staff were rude and hostile at breakfast and pool when we asked to be served and made no effort to communicate in English as we didn’t speak Spanish. The third day they booked us on a terrible trip to Saona island for which we overpaid and had an awful time. The fourth day they put us on the wrong taxi and send us to the wrong destination. Whenever we complained the staff kept apologising but took no responsibility or tried to fix the issues. The worst customer service I have experienced anywhere in my life. Even in the most remote and basic places, people make an effort to communicate and help. They clearly don’t know that in this hotel and we paid a lot of money to stay there.

Habitaciones muy cómodas y confortables. Limpias y modernas. Me encanta que tenga banera y que se puede llenar para darse un bano en pareja. Excelente atención en el restaurante que queda dentro del hotel.

Encuentro que el precio es elevado con relación a las amenidades que ofrece.

Breakfast was very good, varied and very tasty. Bar service was excellent. Room service and cleanliness excellent.

The rooms are very spacious and modern. The wi-fi works well. The check in person very nice.

The pool hours are very limited. The breakfast, things will run out and the trays were empty for a while. The one thing I did not like about this hotel is the food at the restaurant. Is nothing to brag about. I rather walk and eat from he restaurants right outside the hotel.

They run a wedding hall that works until the middle of the night and make noise in the rooms. At the first night they said it was only a one time thing. The day after the story repeated.
