Lo más destacable es su ubicación céntrica

El personal de recepción y del restaurante fue poco amable, el olor a cigarrillo y a humedad se siente en todo el hotel.

Problem with early checking with the receptionist, but solve by administration later. Noise by the disco by 3h am

I just liked the location

The bathrooms are in poor condition, the rooms are not very hygienic, everything needs maintenance, the room card was deactivated very often. The breakfast very poor and bad. From customer service, the person who gave me assistance through WhatsApp was very rude and impolite, I would not stay in that hotel again.

there are a few things that should be modernized, since the hotel is getting older by each day… The TV sets are extremely old, with a poor quality! In mi opinion, they should definitely be upgraded to HD/ Plasma especially in 2023!! My room was not equipped with a land line phone ☎️ for some strange reason and when I did ask for it, non was available!! Not that I immediately needed it, but having it in the room and not having it, can make a difference should there be a need to contact reception or in an emergency ‼️ The restaurant that serves breakfast is super boaring!!! No TV & no music!! Some rude clients make personal phone calls and talk so loudly on their phones that is really disturbing!!! Door 🚪 locks are very old and outdated! They should be upgraded to a newer style, because every single time you go through the pool or enter the discoteca Gold & attempt to enter the room, room keys are not functioning and the client must go through the inconvenience and stop by at the reception, in order to update the card to gain entry to their respective rooms!! We call it, a great pain in the rear end and an unnecessary hassle, which could be easily eliminated in order for the guest to have much more pleasant experience… Other than that, all is well! should they upgrade the TV,s locks and modernize the restaurant with some nice music, TV and place signs that loud voice is disturbing to others, they should be able to be upgraded to a Four Star⭐️ star ⭐️ Star ⭐️ Star ⭐️.. Thank you 🙏🏼

Everything was fine, no issue at all, the front desk people are very friendly and the security guys. I would love be there again. Do they have Jacuzzi rooms there too? If you have any promotion for second week of July

Breakfast was OK, basic. I did like that it was self serve and there were some hot items to choose. The ladies that attend the breakfast area were really sweet. The pool was pretty, but no lounge chairs to tan

Do not order room service- rip off! We payed almost $75 for basic chicken legs and a basic sandwhich. Uber eats was cheaper.

the room did not have a phone, the restaurant was close, i order something and it took forever the staff was no good, its not a good hotel

The room was clean.

I know due to the price that the room would not be one of their better rooms. However, the room has only two temperatures cold and off. Further, the bathroom door cannot close not properly constructed - my bathroom time is my private time. Also, did not have any bath towels and same to be a challenge with toiletries (soap).
