Buffet Breakfast was excellent, our room was excellent and the staff were all excellent in their field of giving the best customer service they can give.

No night life. Must have a cozy bar atleast to hang out with chilled music and band.

مكان ساحر جدا , و صلنا للفندق والامطار الغزيرة تهطل, الطبيعة خلابة, يوجد باصات تأخذك في رحلات تنطلق من امام الفندق كل ساعة, المطعم جيد و الاكل متنوع, يوجد عدة مطاعم و سوبر ماركت 7 / 11 , شاهدت الكثير من العرب في المكان, يوجد فندق افخم منه على شكل قلعة و هو مقابل القرية الفرنسية, يومان كافيان.

We booked a 2-bedroom suite (3502). The suite given was 2 storey kinda like a duplex with 1 ensuite bathroom (with bathtub) and 1 shared bathroom (no bathtub). It was on the top most floor. There were mini fridge below the TV inside a cabinet. A 1-seater sofa and a 2-seater sofa, Water boiler was provided. we enjoyed the fire performance which goes after the Zumba thingy. Zumba is at 9pm and goes on for about 20mins more or less. Another room was a superior twin room. Overall is okay.

No safe in the rooms. If you want to put your high value items, you need to go to the front desk to do so. There were some water marks on the walls. Bell wasn't working. Refurbishment definitely is needed for the overall hotel to give the place life. There were no kitchenette and dining area as per the description.

We booked a superior twin room that comes with a bathtub. Mini fridge were working fine. There were big wardrobes. The room space is very big.

We asked to be placed at the main square but we were given the block nearing to the end where the breakfast place is. The bathtub were not working well. The water still seeps out from the tub even when we closed the hole. So we needed to run the water continuously. The water itself doesn't look clean. Kinda murky from the rusts in the piping even though we ran the water for a long time.

Its good that they have convenience store (7-11) now, Krispy Creme and Starbucks there. More food/drinks choices.

Building is a little run down. The toilet nearby the lift for Camelia block is smelly. Room a little dusty (curtain).

Everything was great especially the view. It was splendid. The basement car park was very convenient. Staffs were friendly and well mannered. Prices were also reasonable. Its far better than advertised.

The water in the room was brown. Tried letting the water flow but alas to no avail. Its just brown all the way for the entire stay there. And also the food choices. Not much to choose from but the food available was good.

Nice theme. 1 restaurant was ok. Starbucks present. Nice for 2 days max.... 10/10 to the reception staff. Very welcoming and caring.

Getting old. Need complete renovation, it stinks everywhere. We arrived for breakfast at 10.20. Plenty of food was still available and we were taught till 10.30. The staff just told us it's too late :-( 😞

I like the view & building. Far away from the town.
