La posizione è ottima per visitare la città.
A causa della mancanza di una ventola in bagno, la stanza odora di umido. La colazione era molto limitata e le brioches sembravano vecchie. Hotel ok, ma meglio fare colazione fuori. Non all'altezza di un 4 stelle.

Created a booking, prepaid also. When I arrived they said that they don’t have the room which I booked and they are fully booked and I had to leave. They promised to refund but now after almost 30 days it still haven’t happened yet.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Das Frühstück bietet ein tolle Auswahl.
Da gibt es wirklich nichts wichtiges. zimmer sind halt schon etwas in die jahre gekommen, aber man weiss ja, dass man in keinem neubau untergebracht ist.

Wir wurden bei Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen und genauso freundlich verabschiedet. Die Lage zwei Minuten vom Dom entfernt ist perfekt für Stadttouren zu Fuss oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Unser Zimmer war klein, aber sauber und angenehm. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit verschiedenen Ebenen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das Restaurant mit Panoramablick - leckeres Essen in nettem Ambiente. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem guten Hotel!

Lovely period hotel with great access to Old Town area. Great restaurant on top of hotel. Good breakfast.

Das Haus, das Ambiente der "öffentlichen" Inneneinrichtung (Flure, Sitzecken). Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer ruhig, da zum Hinterhof raus. Mal ein Zimmer mit 2 Sesseln, die auch passend zum Fernseher standen!
Zimmer recht klein, Frühstück langweilig. Nur Körnerbrot, dunkles Brot mit Kümmel (beides nicht jedermanns Sache), ansonsten musste man Toastbrot essen... Nur 1 Sorte Marmelade. Es gab keine Minibar im Zimmer, obwohl es in der Hotelbeschreibung und Bestätigung von Booking steht

Beetje ouderwets hotel. Maar zeer attente conciërge. Echt super die man. Kamer redelijk ouderwets wel met airco. Ontbijtzaal is mooi, aanbod viel wat tegen. Restaurant op het dak is perfect. Zeer lekkere salade met scampis gegeten.
Beetje ouderwetse kamers. Badkamer rook ook naar riool. Raam moest echt open blijven.

The location of the hotel could not be any better, and the hotel staff went out of their way to help with anything they could and to make us feel welcome. Rooftop restaurant was very high standard and the hotel in general super cosy.
Breakfast selection was perhaps not the greatest, but still adequate.

The hotel is in an ideal location in the old part of Riga. Fantastic personal, especially Lev from the reception who is very service minded and helpful. Nice design, comfortable room,kettle and bottle of water, toiletries. Good breakfast with many varieties of local food. Many restaurants around, public transport is close to the hotel and it was very easy to get there by bus. Will definitely return back when visit Riga next time.

Let the guest decide if he is cold or hot ! Why management decides that the A/C (cold and hot) is off until summer? The room was really cold at night (4C nights) and it was a high ceiling room. You are not a budget hotel to save energy. Also, water and coffee only the first day in the room. Not vaue for money at all.

The location is great, everything is within walking distance. The hotel staff were helpful, in particular Levs - he will make your stay!

Great spot, because everything is within walking distance. Clean and comfy rooms, fabulous breakfast but the real stand out is Levs on reception. He's amazing. Welcoming, thoughtful, remembers everyone's names, seems to speak every language under the sun and knows all about Latvia and Riga. This was DH's third visit and I can see why he wanted to go back there. If you like family run hotels with personal service then this is the place for you.
After hours the door is locked so REMEMBER THE CODE! And you need to put in the code and then press the button at bottom left.

A beautiful hotel in the Old Town of Riga, with lovely staff and a nice included breakfast.
The only thing we would’ve changed is the temperature! We visited in November when it was rather cold and the heating in the hotel wasn’t great.

The welcoming was very friendly and charming. I've never had such an individual welcoming with also many information about the city. The hotel has a really good location, directly in the city center. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are cozy, clean and individual. We really liked our stay and can recommend this hotel.
