The location is excellent and very easy to access. The room was very comfortable and the staff helpful.

Perfect location near Chinatown

No Spa

Location is perfect. Walking distance to CBD and stone away from a shopping center. The breakfast is perfect for us as it has plenty of options and for$18, can’t get better than that.

The aircon in the room is a bit noisy and takes a while to warm up. It’s not a major issue for us though.

We won’t be back

The bed was rock hard. We had a family room and it was very tight. Not even enough space for a side table. Shower very narrow. Breakfast room grubby in corners of floors and floor in general. Hot food wasn’t hot which is a concern for food poisoning. Parking a fair distance away.

Tidy and the staff were welcoming as normal

Rooms were very noisy and heater didn’t work, room also didn’t get made up.

Perfect location in the city to get around. The room was clean and private which was perfect. The staff was nice and helpful

Heater wasn’t working and there no extra blankets. When we asked for more blankets at reception they never arrived

We always stay here when visiting Melbourne. Rooms are spotless, staff are friendly and location is fabulous.

It would be great if there was a common area to sit and have a drink with friends without having to go next door to the pullman. Checkin can be lengthy sometimes.

Location was very convienent

The shower did not have any soap, the soap canister was empty which i felt was very poor considering they rooms are supposed to be cleaned and restocked. Could hear every little movement that happened outside my room which was a bit annoying and unsettling hearing peoples voices and footsteps coming 10 metres down the wall way late at night

Had to go there then go back and park and then we walked two blocks with heavy bags. I was told on entry $50 per room but this was not advertised as a safety deposit for the room. Hostile reception when I first got there. Only one elevator worked so in checkout on level 12 by the time it got up to us it was full.

The place has the best location, super comfy beds and really great for the family stay. The rooms are small but with this location you don’t need to spend anytime in your room except to sleep!

Due to only having two lifts it gets busy around checkout time!

Incredible central location. Right in the middle of every major shopping centre and all the best restaurants in Melbournes CBD.

Lack of cleaning. It is stated on a note on display at reception that cleaning is done every 3 days, however I was not informed by staff when checking in. Even then, when my room was cleaned, 3 days after it wasn’t cleaned. I had to call reception to advise my room hasn’t been cleaned in 3 days.

The location of this property is perfect for the shopper. With Myers, David Jones, the Emporium at your doorstep and Melbourne Central or QV a short walk away its so convenient. Here you are spoilt with the variety of eating options. Chinatown and street vendors so close. Or take a nearby tram.

They have a 3 day room service rule. We only stayed 3 days. But i wasn’t sure where to take rubbish so it built up because whenever we went to reception it was busy and we never found a floor cleaner.
