Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The pool was refreshing and the breakfast was in a very pleasant room.

Getting to the hotel was a challenge with the parking being very awkward to get to. Staff were helpful when I phoned but I had to call more than once. When I asked about extra coffee cream I was told to ask at breakfast the following day. I expect to be able to have as many coffee as I like in my room and to have the 'creamer' available. The answer was not acceptable.

Room was clean, relatively spacious and comfortable. The blackout curtains were very effective and the room was very quiet at night. Location is handy for both the station and the main square. The staff were absolutely fantastic without exception and really added to our enjoyment - I can't praise them highly enough. We didn't eat there so I can't comment on those facilities. The lobby/bar is very period and one of the best I've seen.

Beds were a little firm so it would depend on your preference. I liked them but my wife prefers something softer! The entrance is unfortunately in a bit of a back street but fantastic when you get inside!

Great location to reach the old town, you can reach everything easily by foot or tram. The room was amazing, very clean and comfy. Especially the seating area in the room was well equipped. Great shower/bathroom as well. Staff was super friendly and attentive.

We understand that it is not easy nowadays to provide eco-friendly solutions for glasses and cups and paper cups are a good solution for this and that. But for the bathroom or to enjoy a coffee in the room porcelan or glas equipment would be a nicer solution.

loved that the location was so close to Place de Comedie…the street walking back felt a little unsafe for two women. out of the hotels control but we were a little nervous at times.

good facilities and well located for old town Montpellier.

The roadworks make it a nightmare to get to by car. We missed the turn for the car park and had to circle again. A very stressful end to our day. If driving and roadworks still on avoid the hotel.
