Facility is good. Very clean. The room is a bit too small but comfortable enough. Location with easy access to all points I needed.

My usual breakfast is a croissant and coffee. Hotel promised provide them. But they are missing always when I came: at 8 a.m., 8:30 a.m., or 9 a.m. When I asked a receptionist, an elderly man, if it possible to get a croissant, he was very rude. He told: 'No. I speak with another guest.' Actually he was just chatting in German with a guest drinking coffee. The younger receptionist was very nice and polite but he just told that croissants finished. Coffee was good.

Good place for short-term staying, close to the city center. They have free coffee machine and some treats on the mornings.

There was a problem with the self- check in when I got there and a problem with the elevator when I left. I couldn't control the heating and reaching the staff included walking to a different hotel every time

It's in a good location. Close to public transport and about 15 minutes walk to the main areas. The room I booked was simple and clean which is expected. They have free tea and coffee and croissants for breakfast which is a nice touch.

There are renovations in the building at the moment. It would have been nice to be warned about this before arriving at my room. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, there seemed to be a lack of communication between them which caused some misunderstandings with my booking.

Very comfortable hotel in the city center. Small room with everything you need and more. Coffee and croissants are a very nice bonus to the trip, as I always drink coffee in the morning.

Convenient location a stone's throw from the metro. The room has everything you need. Excellent Internet: I had to conduct online conferences and everything worked without failures.

Friends gave me flowers, but there was no vase for them in the hotel. I had to make a vase from a plastic bottle. I think such a trifle is easy to take into account for the future.

Great location. Nearby downtown Munich and a bunch of good restaurants. The room was spacious and the bed and sheets were clean. Just a reminder that you have to walk around the corner to the MyMinga4 building to get your checkin key card, which was super easy.
