Parking ajeno a la edificación del hotel, suplemento de 12 euros por perro de 1.900kg. Obras a las 8 de la mañana con golpes en las habitaciones de al lado poniendo una caja fuerte a las 8 de la mañana sabiendo que hay gente que llega a las 2 de la madrugada y necesita descansar un poco más. RESPETO AL CLIENTE Y AL DESCANSO CERO. Persona de recepción altanera sin formas de hablar ni profesionalismo para lidiar una situación asi . ‘´ SU CONTESTACIÓN AL CLIENTE ES: (TE ME RELAJAS) y menos organizar a las de mantenimiento para que no molesten a las 8 de la mañana en fin para no volver.

This hotel is super bad, I don't recommend anyone to reserve at this hotel. I did a reservation by booking.com then I requested to change the reservation date for a urgent case, they cut the full amount and requested me to pay for a complete full reservation. Even booking.com couldn't help me for this case since it was a hotel management ristriction.

The cleanliness, the size of the room and the huge bathroom

Hotel is good only location is not central it’s outside city center if you have car then it’s fine

The reviews for the hotel were so positive, but they are grossly overstated.

This cost nearly 200 euros. The air conditioning was broken. The walls were so thin the couple in the next room woke me up having sex and the breakfast was the worst. I couldn't even eat it. The location is a 10 min bus ride from the town - which is lovely.

Information about the rules that apply to people arriving with a pet ( I also travel with my dog). This is a very good idea because some guests leave pets alone in the room for a LONG TIME and you can hear them ( I don't mean barking). Not far from the hotel is a large nice park right next to the market Lidl.

No complaints

Breakfast was basic but good choice. Location was ok but no restaurants that we could find open.

The car park was horrendous. Very dark ,narrow ramp turning down to level 2. Our car got damaged all down the side. Expensive body work needed now

Pet friendly and the staff were also pet friendly, the hotel was very clean and the members of staff on reception and at breakfast the following morning were very helpful and polite. We would stay there again.

No food.or bar in the evening, and the dining area and public area were large enough to accommodate a bar, although there was a coffee machine available which provided a reasonable selection of drinks.
